i use 3.6.6 there is a menu option called "Build Sharing" third from the left personally i think that it would be bad ass to go after a +7 mary but that is definitely something you'd want to know going in and pray you can find the folks that help with that

I tend to skip things that do not benefit the minions ability to hit things or do damage. I tend not to take things like heals cause minions don't need that imo. I am fine with summoning again. I am working on a robots/time build that does not take the heal or the single target buff.. ahh but I am taking farsight and chronoshift. Timestop is probably skippable as well but I like having those if only to stack with other holds. My problem is I am only taking one of the beam attacks because they are uninspiring.

It's fun enough and good for teams. There are a couple of cool builds for it floating around from The Warpact and Coyote. I gave up on this combo and other secondaries that don't buff minions or and / or debuff enemies. I don't waste end or insp healing minions. It's why summoning recharges so quickly imo. They are supposed to be disposable (again imo).

Not a defender but I made a Thugs/Poison mm. I felt that that was pretty jokery. Still working on it.

I made it really simple with a fire/fire dominator all colored green.

Or make a normal hero/villain and do the praetorian arcs in Oro. It might be easier to recruit a pug, everyone knows how to get there. I am pretty certain that most of the arcs are there. It's not like any moral choice that you make means anything. The only one that matters is the one you take before heading to primal.

I have a poison def in the mid 40's but I get tired of playing it cause I end up in pug's set on child safety mode, and that doesnt give me a lot to do. It was that way for every tf with her as well. Just unlucky I guess.

Hi. I don't normally hang here but I wanted to set down some background for several of characters related by background. This is really for my use but I am sharing it cause I think that I am hilarious and talented *shrug*. All of the outfits had to be stage worthy, they and their powers had to be flashy, the backgrounds had to include them being performers and they had to have Spice in their name. I have 4 or 5 of them and the toughest part is coming up with names and a unique look (from each other). It could have been anything but I enjoy my version of irony. In a world of superhumans the powerful, the flashiest, the photogenic, the controversial and the best managed metas are the ones that attain and maintain a celebrity. In their world its not enough to be an actor or a pop performer or a sports player. It's not enough to be hot or controversial. You have to have that link to super humanity. If you cant be one yourself then you have to somehow become a part of that culture just to maintain celebrity. But there is a glitch and that is that there is more going on then pretty people that look good in tights using flashy abilities. There is some type of cosmic moral principal at work. It's not just a world of super humans. It is a world of Heroes and Villains, people that are unabashedly and without self consciousness exemplifying a moral compass point. When the Herberts and Murphy got their idea of a girl band they realized it wasn't enough to select a few attractive talented chicks. They also had to have some type of flashy abilities that weren't scary and there simply were not many girls like that in the UK so they hooked up with other talent and money people in the US and out of the 1100 or so women from around the world that tried out finally settled on 5. None of them where related to our worlds Spice Girls in any way who are all normal girls. There was a Brassy, a Surfer, a Ginger, a Sporty and a Classy. Management made the mistake of assuming that a superhuman girl is the same as any other kind of girl. Oh they performed well together and started getting famous and selling records and making videos and appearances and live venues though it took a couple of years. But there was strife. Ginger had a criminal record for assault from when she was a teen. Classy was a sociopath that manipulated others to get what she wanted. Sporty was morally upright and combative. The other two just wanted to be famous and loved but came out against Ginger and Classy in the end. During a sold out show in 1996 things finally came to a head and a fight broke out on stage. Many were injured and the arena was trashed. Their albums sold like never before but all of the agencies that had been representing them got sued out of existence. But they didn't exactly break up. They did split up along moral lines and then each group expanded their ranks in clear readiness to bring a fight to the other side. The Heroic Spice Girls of Paragon City and the Villainous Spice Girls of the Rogue Isles. New members must be performers that can sing and dance solo or in small groups. They don't have to play an instrument or write music or lyrics but do have to look hot on stage or during a fight. They must be able to attract a fan base of some type. They have to have flashy abilities but scary is no longer a problem. Hahaahaha! I reserve the right to edit this whenever.

I have only been back for a little less than a year. I have a little over 60 characters 7 of whom are 50+. I order chars by level. Highest first. That's it. The levels tells me generally what I have done on that char cause I pretty much do the same things on every char. L20-25? Then it's probably time for a Yin, or to check for accolades and do spelunker for the Atlas Medallion or whatever. The ones I play the least end up lower and lower on the list as lower levels improve. I run an SG for my alts (well I took a break for four weeks and now some dude I accidently let in is now the leader, but I dont think that they know yet). I use storage for enh. They are almost invariably attuned (or things that will be attuned like say any Steadfast Protection Res/Def), pvp, ato's, winter sets, or hami etc. I only have 3 such containers. I have a 4th container for crafted enh needed to be sold. I have containers for rare and uncommon salvage cause I am a big money grub. But I am convincing myself to phase out the uncommon containers. But never the rare container. I am the miser that logs out in WW for bonus brainstorm salvage simply to get "free" rare salvage. When I first started thinking about amassing inf, after I'd been selling converters for a few months, I started crafting accumulated recipes and converting and selling the enh. It is less of a pain in the ass now than it was when I started, cause I had 5 L50's and 40 or so others, some of whom where reaching their recipe inventory limits. Long story I know but the best way I found to handle it is to do the recipes as soon as you get them. It takes less time and attention. The better news is that there are only maybe 10 enh you need to convert them to to get your 3-5m, depending on how patient/lucky you are. That leads to another issue (what do I need merits for?) but that is a topic for another .. topic. I will twink a new char with 10m inf. That's enough to set them up with SO till around 30 and bankroll their first 100 converters. They may get more inf if I am messing with an expensive build. Otherwise they have to buy their own prestige teleports haha. They may freely plunder the enhancement bins for use or for sale.

If I had to work in PC I would change my career to Commercial Real Estate agent. As long as I wasn't held liable for the activities of tenants. Talk about turnover! Of course I wouldn't live in the city. I'd have a house in the suburbs for a family. My office would be in FF or KW, whichever is more prestigious. My cleaning staff and rental agents would work in a sweatshop in IP for all I care though I would probably want frontage in Steel for the rental agents. The apartments where I would stash my mistresses would also be FF or KW for office proximity but also for better shopping and dining venues. KW is where I would keep the yacht btw. Of course a lot of my money would be stashed in rogue island accounts on its way to the money laundering hotspots in Europe and Asia to avoid unnecessary taxes. My only question is how do I rent cavern space? If I wasn't changing careers then I may have to live in one of the empty spaces in Perez Park, hopefully near the Steel Canyon gate so I can get a decent coffee.

Forget trials with special requirements, a third (or worse) of the people going into a safeguard mission cant read "Please wait or everyone to zone onto the map before heading straight to the bank." Some folks just do not give a shit and they are not reading the forums either. (forums have a profanity filter right?)

I know this is all pie in the sky and will treat it as such. I also endorse color wheel selection and improved text editor. Also robes and long skirts, add kimono to that (they are sexed! Don't forget the obi and tabi and gata!). Also tops generally not painted on, like the Tanker top option but for everything. Better variety of skirts and shorts that people actually wear. Also a better variety of tattoos *that can be colored*. Chest hair yes (not that pelt thing) but also body hair generally. And not just for bare but for parts that show skin, t-shirts, briefs etc. All of the bare men look freshly waxed. To go with that we can use a better variety of loin-clothes and fundoshi. The fur shorts are fine if you want to look like he-man. Conan only wears fur shorts in the comics. In the stories when he is not clothed due to several hours in melee destroying his armor and clothing, he is down to the loincloth. Historical pieces, specifically Elizabethan era. You know, the short jackets with the puffy sleeves, puffy short pants you wear hose under, big ass bell skirts, pointy shoes and especially codpieces in various shapes, sizes and designs. My Scorpius clone needs a codpiece with a skull motif! And don't forget the hats and ruffs and garters and poofy sleeves. Great for themed villains especially. Fix platform and high healed shoes so they don't make your legs shorter but makes your character taller. I am surprised no one has said anything, but all sex-specific costume pieces need to be remade for all body types. Yes, corsets for men. It was a thing! Sure, facial hair for the female types. Also my male rock star hero needs platform shoes preferably with skulls and or spikes! Also it'd be a hoot to have a sailor suit on a huge frame. Hair styles designed by people that know hair styles or at least use magazines as a reference. Also all of those samurai parts but no samurai hair? Well that was longer than I wanted it. And I am sure there was more that I am not remembering off of the top of my head. But server's back up!

Like many of us, I want to make something with a specific powerset. But then I have to come up with a name and a look. I'm afraid I cant rely on puns or something like "Sonic Sam" (no offense if you are Sonic Sam). I usually draw inspiration around that time. For some its easy enough, some ninja is trained by a clan of ninja somewhere. Dark users are somehow connected to a dimension of darkness. Weapons users have appropriate background training, perhaps in a military or a circus. The origin is the clue. Science origin? Lab accident or an illegal immoral experiment. Tech origin? Alien experimentation or temporal refugee or garage DIY. Natural? Training and nutrition or native but alien background. I suppose that I should mention that I have a background of enjoying comics and creating RPB settings, campaign and scenarios so this stuff comes pretty easy as I am happy to steal. Basically all of my characters have a bio so far

Sort of on topic The jukebox in the Egg Hunter lounge plays unique music. I've never heard it anywhere else in the game. There are a couple instances of unique music in the Abandoned Sewers too. I don't remember where right now, maybe towards the skyway edge of the map?

A similar event occurred for me. Logging out and reloading onto the server "fixed" it. I think that the character list just needed to be reloaded.
