  1. I have none. According to mids that's 75 HP per proc, x9 (3 PPM each) = 675 HP heal / minute. Healing Flames heals me for 732 HP / 15 sec = 2,928 HP heal / minute. Mayyyybe that could make a difference on my standard (non-EB) maps, I could respec and try it. I have stamina/superior conditioning/physical perfection that I would just reslot. Either way though, that heal is a fraction of healing flames, which itself still isn't enough for EB maps... so my original question for an afk EB farmer remains unanswered.

  3. I use several. However I assume they have lower xp/inf returns? don't know never really bothered checking. For example this is what I used just now, running solo at L50+ and +4/8: minion- 3,856k xp and 5,410 inf lt- 7,543 xp and 18,101 inf boss- 24,259 xp and 60,646 inf When I do the EB map elite boss- 46,361xp and 115,902 inf
  4. There is no -def on the map I use. I confirmed this even on the EB versions... I stopped using those -def farms after the AE changes in 2022. Those wrecked him. I use healing flames on auto because since those AE changes the aggro cap is gone for ranged attacks. I have as many as 40+ mobs use range attacks at times, which does whittle down HP eventually. I would find him dead about 30% of the time while I went afk. Healing flames ensures 100% no death while afk. I'm not going for speed runs with this build.
  5. Sure do. The HP and Endurance totals already include those 4 accolades. I also run Ageless, Assault, Musculature, Ion, and Reactive incarnates all max tiered.
  6. I have a spines/fire brute I built years ago to easily afk regular fire farms. I pop into the middle of the asteroid map and walk away from the computer. 15min later everything's dead. *However*, every equivalent map I've tried that has Elite Bosses destroys him in less than a minute. I should mention I afk with Healing Flames on auto, with a ~15sec cooldown. I won't trouble you all with my full build, but fwiw here are the stats below. What do I need to do to 'graduate' to have him afk EB fire farms?

  8. I think I'm spoiled from my fire/em blapper with 1740 HP, both melee and ranged attack chains that never end, with perma high regen/endurance, and can 2 shot purple bosses in melee. Instead my rad/dark is just... unimpressive. Good regen/endurance, but needs a target and a tohit check, which takes away from dealing dmg instead Lots of powers i've ignored since they are are minor pbaoe or attacks that just do dots (on a blaster... why?) -Def attacks, when my tohit is already high since blasters self-buff to-hit anyway -to hit attacks, when on other blasters things are too busy being dead for that to matter. It feel like rad/dark is trying too much to be a debuffing controller. Is that the point? Here's my current build. And yes I stopped taking blaster powers at L30 because sadly there was nothing else that seemed worth getting.
  9. Wormhole on my grav/psi is sooooo fun. Wormhole (group foe TP) teleports and stuns, then Crushing Field to immob, then Drain Psyche + Psychic Shockwave. That's the thing, some powerset synergies are incredibly effective, and once you find them, every other un-optimized powersets just feel like letdowns. I'm looking for that next powerset combination I haven't found yet.
  10. Mentioned aspects of this in a different post... been with HC since 2021 and I'm running out of steam. I have lots of maxed out characters, but really all I play are: Damage: Fire/EM blaster - haven't found anything that outdamages/dps this blapper Control: Grav/Psi dominator - haven't found anything that outcontrols him Unkillable: Stone/Rad tanker - haven't found anything that outsurvives him Every other ATs I've rolled (20+) are just a hybrid of these that just get overall outperformed by those 3, so feel lesser than. At this point, there's not much more to do in the game (I'm not going for badges/vet levels). Any AT/powersets I'm missing?? Which ones keep you all excited/playing, without feeling that it's just a lesser version of another one of your characters? Thanks!
  11. tldr: no, prisms are just not going to do it for me, even though I love pvp. Played on live 2005-2010. Was an avid team pvp'er. In fact, that's the main reason I stayed as long as I did. I love the movement mechanics of the game, even if some were unintended by the devs apparently (see: kinetics). Came back to HC in 2021 and had to relearn the game (incarnates weren't out in 2010, along with a multitude of new IOs, powersets, etc). In less than a year on HC, I had ~20 L50s, maxed out, IO'd out, purpled out, and T4 incarnates. I've been STRUGGLING to keep playing through 2023. PVP would keep me interested... but there's very little community. I tried to informally join groups in zones, but these are empty most of the day. I only have a few 2-hr windows to play, and finding anyone to team with is really frustrating. This is not a defense of COH PVP - it is super annoying to get in a zone, get blasted and 3-shotted from someone you can't even see because you haven't maxed out perception. You hosp, insp up, and again damage/debuffs from players you can't even see, and dead again. Like mentioned, I had to learn some of the newer game mechanics and now can at least survive. COH PVP suffers from a 0-chance win if you are missing key powers against most attackers. This is part of the problem. PvE has a multitude of tutorials while pvp has none. PvE itself is a poor example of what PvP is actually like. If youre not ready, PVP is like entering a 4-star ITF with an SO'd character. How can that be fun? For those reasons, prisms alone are not going to be enough of a reward to get people to do something they hate: getting destroyed, out of nowhere, often. I would love an overhaul of pvp where there is more emphasis on teaming, more tutorials, perhaps even a free "pvp build" which only activates in zones with free IOs, with recommendations (+perception, web grenade, etc.). This is not to say PVP is a bad idea. It's just not ideal in its current form. If not for pvp, what else is the endgame??
  12. I don't pretend to be an expert on dominators, but this Grav/Psi build is about as solid as I've ever built. Great HP, decent res/def, and perma-dom with no Hasten (400% rech rate). No need for any toggling between domination and hasten. I can sit there with domination up, walk away from the screen to grab a coffee, and domination is still up whenever I come back. There is typically 5-8 seconds overlap between domination flashing and a refresh. For building domination - I used to do this on live, and for some reason I remember it building faster then, so perhaps they nerfed it? 1- pop Geas of the Kind Ones (accolade for ++recovery) 2- initiate a snipe on a target 3- interrupt it, but continue to try to snipe/interrupt. This will build domination very quickly but will drop your endurance Geas will continue to refill your endurance quickly, so you can repeat steps 2-3 in a matter of a couple seconds. I usually build domination solo from 0, in about 15sec. Here is the build below with stats. Sorry, mids won't let me export for some reason.
  13. I could not get your build to work for me... too many attacks which it doesn't need, lower res/def than I would like on a tank, and far too much end drain. I also really really (really) don't like granite armor. I'm using it only as a "oh sh*t" button, which I've used exactly once on the way to 50. Here is my build below. My concern even with my build, continues to be endurance. Even with 4.36 rec /1.84 end use... my 4 attack combo takes ~1/3 of my end per combo. So i'm drained after about 4 combos and just have to wait to refill. I took conserve power for that however that's only available for end game content which is annoying. I probably won't take the +rec incarnate either. A build should work properly without having to rely on incarnates. Otherwise, solid build - but always looking for helpful comments to improve it! Thanks.
  14. 1- do they count as pets? They're not showing up in my pet window (which is enabled) 2- back on live they did massive knockback... I can't tell if that's still happening, but if they do can I slot -kb in the power to remove it? Thanks!
