Only thing I see to call out is no end reduction slotted on Tough and Weave. I'm leveling this same combo, and I'll post a build once I do one in mids. I'm following cause I want to see how the build can be optimized (pve)

Savage/Shield is a good option. On stalkers even more so.

Ways to not suck at builds Research the forums here for posts discussing the power sets you are interested in. Search far and wide across all the archetypes too. Learn about softcaps, set bonuses, and which procs let you stack up to 5, vs only one. Find someone's impressive build post (usually followed by lively discussion downthread), and copy that build. Research how PPM works vs recharge Start building in mids. Look at your totals, look at your bonuses. Rearrange until they meet your expectations. I drop all this in here, because typically people tend to share more when you make an effort to build on your own. Even just dropping a build on the forum with "wat u think?" is less likely to get a deep reply than "I'm really trying to do ____"
