The pre-requisite for the arc was establishing the connection between Piecemeal and Bile and why they are friends. The mission itself, is a recreation in VR of what Piecemeal went through. Bile wants you to see it too. She attempts to brute force her way into the teleportation grid, and gets shunted from place to place until Dream Doctor finally tethers her and places her into the ruins of Galaxy City at the right time, foreseeing her place in the conclusion of the Coming Storm. It's all teasing what's to come. You're meant to be confused and intrigued, and left with a lot of questions - some of which are answered to the best of Bile's ability in the exit interview.

You're right, because the Contact Finder can actually override any requirement settings on the Contact if some foolish developer flags it to be visible there. Once you teleport to contact the deed is done. Shoutout to studying the Television contact to figure out this one.

To note about the succinct nature of the arcs: I asked Headhunter to "break himself in" making arcs in Striga (An area he is passionate about) that mirror the legacy content in design, function, and general mood. Therefore: We added more content to Striga because we wanted another place for villains to go, and this groundwork was laid somewhat in Stribbling's arc with M1DWAY. We kept the brevity and wit of the legacy arcs to keep one set from outshining the other. It gave us time to consider the things needed for Co-Op'ing zones. (Moonfire and Hess are known factors) And most importantly, the amount of burned-in knowledge Headhunter gained was immeasurable. Carry on, noble testers! Your feedback is most welcome.

For the incapacitated hero, look for designated areas that seem to have wispy orange energy and floating rocks. There be low gravity wells there to aid in the jumping puzzles. A badge was designed for this today.

Yup. When Piecemeal first started out with their arcs, they were going to use Pavel for the contact instead of creating Agent Watkins. Modifications were made to Pavel that were supposed to be undone. Because they were a new dev at the time, their data practices were horrific (Humble note: Mine are only slightly better). Git management caused the change (and reversion) to be lost when the data was squashed for main branch integration because reasons. Pavel *lost* the line in his data file that issues the arc entirely.

I think I finally sussed out what the heck's going on with Pavel.

I believe in this case I was hand-typing the changelog while making the changes in the data, so it wasn't a copy-paste from the source, thankfully. Although I will double-check. I am firmly of the belief that some intern chose the Kheldian powers/FX and nobody vetted it, or cared to address it. While it seems likely - given the closely shared but divergent history of Primal and Praetoria- that the Nictus went into hiding ages before any timeline schism, the Nictus' absence in the Praetorian timeline can be written as another victim of variant circumstance. It's possible they died out without fanfare, just like Nemesis did, because of an inconsequential fluctuation in geothermal circumstances that rendered their ability to create shadow crystals impossible on Praetorian Earth, and cautiously exchanging hosts for as long as they had to, eventually got picked off by sheer probability. And then the Hamidon rolled through like a tentacled steamroller and shredded whatever endured anyway. TL;DR: No, there are not dimensionally native Kheldians/Nictus in Praetoria, in any timeline a player has witnessed.
