I honestly have no idea to what you might be referring. Nothing that I know of in this mod should show the word 'Player'. Can you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Top left corner.  This used to be the overlay that showed the badges. I really don't know what I did to make that option disappear and then it only showed this.

Fighting eight of yourself at once is a special challenge for sure.

I also really enjoy the "RUN!" part at the end of Leonard's penultimate mission. It gives you three minutes to find your way back to the mission entrance while the base is on fire and exploding. Along the way you have an opportunity to stop and help a dying clone.

Whether you make it or not, you (everybody on the team) gets the Explosive Finale badge. Back on live, if you didn't make it, you would be ejected from the mission dead. Now it just kicks you out not dead.

I can usually make it out with a minute or more still on the clock, even stopping to save my clone's life. If you can keep up with me, you make it out too. But if you get stuck in the twists and turns of the base...

And as a fun extra, Recall Friend and the various team teleports are disabled in the mission. I have left a person at the entrance ready to TP everyone to safety only to discover the teleports fail!

If you're on Indom and you want company on these arcs, I love them. Holler.

Is this arc not red side? on the Badger list it designates it Villian Accomplishment for compeleting Leonard's arc.  trying to find it in Ouro.

I've heard good things about Cosmic Council.  I believe they have a recruiting post in the forums here.

Sisterhood does have a discord channel though it is more of a general "Liberty" ex-pat list.  In game you can look for @DaisyDiesel, @Frazier @Snowflurries, or @QPTOO (though he does have a few alt accounts too).  They are main leadership for Sisterhood.  Their in game chat channel is Sisterhood Friends which is open to the public.

The LEGION also has a discord and a few of our members use the voice chat channels we have set up.  It is not utilized all that often but it is there for those that want to use it.

    Link:

Yes we run events every Wednesday and Sunday. Wed. is Wicked Wednesday were we do something Red/Gold side. Then Sunday is Sisterhood Sunday where we run something Blue or co-op. Sometimes we get in a rut and do the weekly strike target but we try to mix it up and are always open to suggestions!  Our events are kill most and try to get everyone to stick with the team. When we have multiple teams we try to put those that like to speed run together but that isn't always possible. We try to keep the events light and fun. We recruit for the event through out channel and they are always open to everyone!

I did.  She, her husband @Kalkin and I used to play together.

Rose came into this world with a countdown ticking away in her ear.  She understood her own mortality in a way very few of us will ever comprehend.  A lot of people, if they'd had to live with that, would never have bothered to try to do anything with their lives.  A lot of people who don't live with that never try to do anything with their lives, actually.  I was one of those people.  I wasn't doing anything with my life when I met Rose and Kal.  Working, to keep paying rent, so I could keep working.  That was my entire existence.  Meeting Rose and learning what she lived with, and how she dealt with it... she changed the direction of my life.

Rose knew she didn't have forever.  She didn't hate the world for that.  She didn't give up and lie in bed, waiting for the end.  She didn't turn to drugs or alcohol or some other self-destructive solution.  She accepted that she had only so long, and decided to use the time she had to be happy.  A career.  A husband.  A family.  Friends.  Love.  An ordinary life.  These were the things she wanted, and those were the things she reached out and grasped, held on to and reveled in.  And all of that was before I met her and Kal.

No-one I've ever known has amazed me more.  Rose had more courage, determination and dignity than I thought anyone could have.  Just knowing that she could face the kind of adversity she did, achieve everything she did, build the life she had, and still be one of the happiest and most thoughtful people I'd encountered... it affected me more profoundly than I can say.  She inspired me to do more, to do better, with my life.

Rose was my hero.  We tend to use that word a little too frequently, attaching it to people without really meaning it.  I mean it in this case.  Rose was my hero.  My life is infinitely better for having known her, for trying to live up to the example she set for me.  I wouldn't have this cabin, the land it's on, the confidence and inner peace I've developed, if it weren't for her.  Knowing that she was brave enough to get up off of her ass and do something with the time she had, while I, in my comparatively good health, just sat and waited to die... I was ashamed, and angry at myself, and determined to do better.  To be better.  To be more like Rose.

After her first transplant, we lost contact.  Rose and Kal went their way, I went mine.  I was actually delighted to see her leave Co*, though, because it meant she was out of that house.  It meant she was living, the way she had been before the CF grew really bad.  Over the years, I wondered what she'd done, how she and Kal were, and I wanted to let her know what I'd done and what she meant to me.  When I found these forums, the first thing I did was look through the reconnection posts to see if she and Kal were around, and when I saw that they were, I was thrilled.  I... I intended to play with her and Kal, but I just never got around to it.  I thought they'd always be there.  I thought she'd always be there.

There's a gaping hole inside me right now.  I've been crying since I read the announcement.  The world feels emptier without her, even though we weren't as close as some of you were with her.  I miss her.  I wanted to talk to her, to catch up with her, one more time, but I'm not sad because I didn't have a chance for closure.  I'm sad because my hero is gone.  But I'm looking around, reminding myself of everything I've done since we met, everything I did because she inspired me to do and be more, and I remind myself that Rose... Rose was strong, so I'll be strong, too.  And I hope I can do it half as well as she did.

@Kalkin, if there's anything I can do, for you or your family...

I couldn't agree with you more. We met through Sisterhood and I am so blessed that we did. The night of her first transplant I was up all night giving updates in game as @Kalkin gave them. We had already become close friends. we would joke we were "pain buddies" as I have a nerve disorder that cause chronic pain that is incurable and can be very devastating much like Cystic Fibrosis that she battled with. She was heading to Arkansas to be one of my "best people" at the family and friends wedding ceremony @Daisy Diesel and I planned. She instead had to be admitted to the hospital with fever. The day of our ceremony she wore the dress she had planned on wearing at the ceremony and told staff she was suppose to be at a wedding dang it.  We streamed the ceremony for her and Kal specifically. It wasn't long after that hospitalization she went back on the transplant list. She had periods where she would go radio silent on us. We always knew that meant she wasn't feeling well and she was worried about things with her lungs. It has been a long time since we have grown to love @RoseVortexand @Kalkin and their children like family. I'm so grateful she got to see her children finish high school, one finish college and the youngest grow in ways I know has made @RoseVortexso so proud. I so understand the hole and the crying. @LuminaraI would say she isn't gone at all. We keep her alive by allowing the example she set for all of us to grow and be shared with others.  Please reach out if you need to talk. *HUGS*

  5. At 3pm Central (3.5 hours from time of this post) we will be gathering in Ouro on Excelsior to run the Sister Psyche arc as our weekly Sisterhood Sunday event. Today in honor/memory of our sister @RoseVortex. We would run Sister Psyche TF on live often. It was a favorite when we had a Sister working on getting another character to 50 or to celebrate something.  Everyone is always welcome as is the Sisterhood way. We would definitely love to have anyone wanting to honor our Sister.

  6. @RoseVortexwas a member of Sisterhood SG (The Sisterhood, Sisterhood, The Little Sisterhood, YaYa Sisterhood) on Liberty in live days. She has had a lifelong battle with Cystic Fibrosis and had a bonus 12 years with us thanks to two double lung transplants. She wore her CoV cape, sent to her by the Paragon Dev team, walking the halls of her hospital after the first transplant. She had the second about 8 years later. She got to see both her "minions" grow up, finish high school and one finish college while the other started. She out lived all expectations and was a true heroes hero. She was loyal to her family and friends and fought long and hard. Now she rests, out of pain.

  7. Sunday at 3pm Central The Sisterhood SG will host it's weekly Sisterhood Sunday and do the Sister Psyche arc in memory and honor of one of our own fallen sisters. We lost @Rose Vortex today and want to run Sister Psyche as it was one of the things we as a SG loved to run even after it was no longer an official task force.

We all got 12 "bonus" years with her thanks to organ donors that allowed her to get two double lung transplants due to Cystic Fibrosis.

Anyone that wishes to join us is welcome to come join us. (On Excelsior)

    @Frazier

    @Daisy Diesel

and all the other leaders of The Sisterhood SG.

  8. Hospital maps, I mean one of the best/most annoying maps in game is the map of Mother Mayhem's abandoned hospital.  I have a great idea for an AE arc but a hospital map is a must.

Terra reactor map. I mean it doesn't have to be that exactly but something with a core room like that would be an awesome addition to the AE unique map section.

  9. I would add to this topic and say make more of the costume options unisex. I mean I want many of my characters to have the option of a kilt... no not the plaid skirt. HUGE difference!!! So many of the "male" only costume pieces could easily be unisex, like many of the hat options for example and honestly I could care less if people put male characters in skirts.

@Frazier , @WanderingAries is correct, the program just looks for the CoH executable in the folder you point it to. It doesn't care WHERE that is, it can be anywhere. As long as the app can find the CoH program executable, it'll work just fine. Everything else is relative to that. I have no absolute paths hard coded in, they are all relative from the CoH root directory.

Thanks! yeah still not getting it to work. I have directed it to the both folders the Homecoming launcher created and it gives a string of popup error messages.

  11. Ok I asked this on the CoH Modder page but I'm hoping someone where can help me. I am trying to install it but it wants to find the "City of Heroes Install Directory" which doesn't exist with the new Homecoming installer. I just got this new computer yesterday and only have the game installed through the Homecoming installer which creates a "Homecoming" folder not a CoH one.

    Help. Thanks

  12. Hey it is short notice but if any of you are on Homecoming's Excelsior server Sisterhood would love to see you come out and support one of our own. Daisy Diesel is currently in the ICU on a vent. So we are doing what Heroes do and running her favorite TF Katie Hannon. We will meet in in zone with a start time at 3pm Central Time Zone.

Daisy has been one of Sisterhood's officers since back on live and always goes above and beyond for anyone needing help. We just want to gather and collectively send positivity her way today.  Please come out if you can. We will form as many teams as needed!

    Thanks! @Frazier

  14. There should be channels for the individual server communities on the official Discord, was something wrong with them?

Nothing at all, it was actually were a group of us realized we wanted something more. Something where we could make SG specific channels which could not be

done in the discord server that was there. They were already overloaded with channels and didn't want more, were looking at ways to reduce channels.  It is not

something anyone has to come to but we have had a great deal of success with people finding their SG and friends and being able to reconnect with that specific

    group of people.

In approx. 5 days we have had approx. 140 people join based on word of mouth so it is reaching a need that some members of the community are wanting.

  15. I know you got the answer already but I have a suggestion. Our SG made our SG on both servers. This was something we did on the live servers back in the day.

It keeps people from being confused by someone taking the name on one server and thinking it is us. Another option is making that the Villian side over the same group.

  16. So I did a thing. I wanted a way for all of the wonderful people from Liberty server to reconnect.

We had a wonderful start with the discord server set up for the updates on the server status but we found trying to connect with

our SG or VG groups were hard to do there as it all meshed together. So I started the Liberty Server CoH Discord Server.

Anyone that played on Liberty is welcome to come join us.

Our one rule is keep any drama that has happened elsewhere off that discord server please.

Once there we have a channel set up where you can identify an SG/VG that needs to be added to our growing list if it is not already there and we will add it.

We look forward to seeing old friends return home!
