I've tried to follow the steps with a few different characters and keep getting this error. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong or how to fix it. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

I love my Rad/Fire, but I'm not sure what soloing at low level would be like. I teamed a lot going up. I can solo without a problem at level 50... not sure if this helps.
