  1. First tank, been playing around with a Rad/Spines build. Not sure of it so far, mostly went with /spines for something different. Also considered /claws, /streetfighting, or /SS all for thematic purposes. Damage output is not my priority as a tank, but I want to make sure I'm not completely ineffective. Is /spines viable or should I start a new toon?
  2. I made a Fire/Kin, I know how useful /Kin can be on a team. Problem is I feel like I am constantly applying speed boost instead of fighting. If I expand my teams buffs to see when it wears off, all those buffs take up a lot of screen, so I keep it closed and reapply around every 2 minutes. Seems I am trying to get into range of spread out teammates to apply it and using 30 sec of every 2 minutes to apply it. What is the correct way applying this buff while still maintaining some dps?
  3. I was wondering how important Short Circuit is if you are not a sapper. My Elec/Storm is pretty much all ranged except for an Epic pool end mod power (probably Consume). Doesn't seem worth it to fly into melee just for Short Circuit, the damage isn't great. I don't use Thunder Clap either, considering whether to drop Voltaic Sentinel and focus on the Tornado and Lightning Storms.
