Long bump but if could maybe get some help...? I'm trying to create a macro to switch costumes and use a power. Preferably with that power's icon. Specifically, Cryo Ammunition and my third costume slot. Help please!

I purchased a respec recipe, crafted it, then typed /respec only to have nothing happen, not even an error. I bought another respec recipe and it won't let me craft it because it says I still have an unused free respec. I've restarted the game and that didn't work either. It does still work on other characters. The character is Handout on Excelsior. Please help!
