Head > Hats > Fire and Ice Clips with the head when hunched over holding a weapon.

I just did this to myself too. Took me a while to figure out how to fix it. Edit the file /Applications/coh/settings/launcher/settings.json and change `nohwaccel` from `false` to `true`.
