    I am getting this same error message except with "VidiotMaps I26" (a standard mod) rather than a custom mod. I also am getting "Error establishing a database connection" when I try to go to cityofplayers.com so perhaps something is just down for a bit.

    The Justice Superteamers run many projects to leverage the power of stacked (de)buffs and explore common themes to accomplish things that a random group could not. Come join us on Excelsior for our Baroque and Roll Superteam where we will use the new/updated Symphony and Sonic powers to subdue our foes. Long time vets and new players are all invited as we focus on fun with other friendly players.

     

    Power/Build Requirements:

    • Must have either Symphony Control, Sonic Assault, Sonic Attack, or Sonic Manipulation power set. Bonus points for 2 of them!
    • Required Powers(slotting):
      • Maneuvers with 2 slots worth of Defense enhancements by level 20.
    • The following are suggested, but if you can't fit them all in, not required:
      • Assault
      • Tactics
    • Other team-focused powers are great too: Vengeance, Victory Rush, Weaken Resolve, Spirit Ward, and Teleport Target are always useful.
    • You're welcome to make use of your other build if you'd like to maintain a solo, PVP, or non project compliant build. 


    Miscellaneous Details:

    • Our first meeting will take place on August 26, 2022 at 8pm EDT/5pm PDT at Arbiter Richard in Mercy Island on Excelsior. Feel free to show up fresh from the tutorial (or even skip it).
    • We'll be coordinating the group through use of a global channel named "Justice Superteamers". Everyone participating on this team must join the channel. (/chan_join "Justice Superteamers"). We also have a Discord channel for out of game and voice communication.
    • We'll start in the Rogue Isles and run arcs, papers, and banks there, but will eventually make ourselves vigilantes/rogues so we can enjoy what Paragon and Praetoria have to offer.
    • We'll be focusing on PVE content (TFs, Contact Arcs, Tips, iTrials, the occasional newspaper/scanner, etc).
    • There is no limit on the number of people that can join us. This isn't going to be a fixed group of 8; the more, the merrier. Feel free to show up late, roll a 2nd alt, etc.
    • Super-Sidekick makes teaming incredibly easy. If you already have a character that fits the theme of this team, or won't be able to join us at the start of this team, don't worry; we'll accept you at any level, any time.     The Justice Superteamers run many projects to leverage the power of stacked (de)buffs and explore common themes to accomplish things that a random group could not. Come join us on Excelsior for our Teddy Roosevelt inspired Rough Riders Superteam where we'll walk softly and carry big sticks (or pistols) to subdue our foes. Long time vets and new players are all invited as we focus on fun with other friendly players.

  4. I came to report the exact same issue. It happened to me last year and just happened twice in a row to 2 alts I haven't logged in since last anniversary (May 2021). Exactly as Griffyn reports:

    -Log in on a character without the current anniversary badge (both had not logged in since May 2021)

    -No Badge notification in the chat channel nor anniversary pop up shown

    -No Experienced charges awarded (still had 5 from last year - I know they were there from last year because they were already in a side tray. Newly awarded characters have to be dragged into side trays).

    -Looking in my badge list, the Unquenchable badge is awarded as of today

     

    My best guess is that the check to see if it was already awarded has a defect so the notification, pop up, and Experienced is skipped; though the badge award must be done separately.

     

    @Griffyn Did the characters that had this issue log in since last anniversary? That is the only commonality I can see as to why it appears to happen intermittently.

  5. Big thanks to @cohRock for coming back to post the solution. The exact same thing happened to me. After reading this, I realized that that Mids is opening outside the visible screen. Maximizing it caused it to show, but then unmax made it disappear again. I used the move command to bring it back into view and voila, issue resolved.

  7. This bug still exist. Exactly as described above, but NOT via Ouro. Nothing run out of order that I could tell.

     

    GM_Mimiru came to help us and noted Katie was phased out. She requires "NoPrime, AliveContact7" vision phases to be active. Oddly, three of us were there. The GM, one player on The Magician's arc, and one never visited First Ward or Night Ward before; and none of us could see her where she should be.

  9. The zone connections in The Sewer Network show the incorrect zones. Atlas Park shows as Mercy Island, Kings Row as Port Oakes, and Steel Canyon as Cap au Diable. Boomtown and Skyway connections are correct.

     

    I am using a map overlay, though my understanding is that this only impacts the image below, not the clickable connections. Also, I am currently Rogue. I'll test again on a Hero and Vig when possible.

     

    The connections do take you to the correct Hero zone i.e. if I exit the Mercy Island connection, I come out in Atlas.

  10. I just came across this tool and it looks great. Unsurprisingly, it did not recognize the mods I had previously installed manually; but my question is do I have to manually delete those? I have some that I don't see in the list so I don't want to remove the entire data folder.

     

    Similarly, will "Fresh Start" wipe out mods that were not installed with the tool?

  12. Just a reminder that this kicks off tomorrow (Sunday, 16 May). Get those gun toting alts rolled up (most regulars will be level 1-2 starting out), /chanjoin "Justice Superteamers" and meet us under Atlas at 8pm EDT, 5pm PDT. I'll be on a Blaster with two pistols and ninja training name Sliced Silencer @Perfect Square. Probably will run a Huntsman alt and, when we get to higher levels, my AR/TA corruptor alt from the TA team.

     

    You are welcome to show up after that, but holler at us in channel if we've left Atlas to shoot things. We'll make sure you get on a team regardless of level. Sounds like a decent crowd and multiple teams will be running.

    • Any gun power set: Beam Rifle, Dual Pistols, Assault Rifle, Arachnos Huntsman*, Thugs or Mercs.  If you're a Mastermind, you have to take at least 1 primary attack so you're running around with a gun.
      • A Huntsman is defined as a Bane Soldier with no Mace powers - they primarily use their gun.
    • Required Powers(slotting):
      • Maneuvers with 2 slots worth of Defense enhancements by level 20.
