  1. Well, your only allowed one damage power from any primary. buffs are still fine like aim etc. either way your selection is kinda limited to the first 2 in any powerset
  2. Finally someone insane enough to tackle this build! Also the updated build fixes the multiple stealth issue, and surprisingly whirlwind and repulsion field basically perma knockdown targets. Just tested this on the beta server. also timebomb explodes in 5 seconds not 15.
  3. Hi guys, im trying to make a blaster that only uses Devices, with the exception of a lvl 1 power from any primary set. Would appreciate any help with it.
