Will you be disqualifying the costume contest winner on Everlasting, Blightmare, of using a bugged costume contest to win or does that not count as 'costume manipulation'?

The winner of the mutation costume contest on Everlasting used a bug to create their unique appearance. That seems unfair for other players who don't know how to replicate the bug or aren't using the bug for their costumes. He was the only one with that glitch and he won the contest. Is there some kind of exception to bugged outfits?

Hello everyone! I'm Koko and I've been playing City of Heroes ever since it's original launch. I even still have a physical copy of the CD and packaging. Although I'm not very good at the game, I did manage to get to 50 a few times and slot in some IO sets from time to time. I'm what you would call a casual player, but I love this game and I've been enjoying it. I've been playing on Excelsior and have a couple of toons on there. If anyone wants to play together sometime at low level or high level just send me a message! I didn't get to all the content in the game and I'm new to incarnates so my goal with the game now is to experience what I couldn't before. I'm glad that City of Heroes is back. I hope that it stays up for a long time. We are heroes! This is what we do!
