Hello all, I am new to scrappers, and builds. But I built this Staff / Elec scrapper and I'd appreciate any comments to improve. This is a thematic build so the primary and secondary powersets are non-negotiable. I prefer fly as a travel power. But all other power pools can be changed. Hi all. I play a gravity controller. I am wondering if its possible to have multiple Singularity pets out at once with recharge enhancements. Or is it just one pet at a time? Do different classes have different rules on this? Thanks for helping.
