Thank you Lemming!! Actually it was Dr. Meinst standing on a bunch of boxes that had the key, just as the patch notes said. Duh on me.

Just got around to trying this arc. I am doing it solo with a lvl 25 Scrapper. Currently stuck on Mission 6, Investigate Pathogen's Warehouse. I got through the first door just fine, and stealthed my way to the second door, where I got the message "You need a key". What key?
