I am currently leveling(28) a rad/rad, but the powers all feel meh(slow animations, precisely) Does anyone have a a little more info on what these powersets bring to the table or why it would be considered strong compared to other powersets? Just need a little boost to hang in there

hey, Was hoping for a little guidance on Rad/Rad. I want to tank so any tips on this sets short comings are appreciated. What are the must have skills in each powerset? I am new to tanking in this game, just fyi thank in advance!
