  1. You might also try this one: align_status_neutral
  2. I'm wondering that nobody mentioned a mousechord bind. I use these two for switching on and off my travel powers: /bind MouseChord "powexec_slot 10" /bind alt+MouseChord "powexec_MouseChord "powexec_slot 10" Slot 10 is fly, alt slot 10 is run for example. MouseChord is a right-left-click with the mouse.
  3. I'm sure that I saw correct coloring, and many of the story descriptions use text coloring. Why would anyone do this, if it does not work at all? Again, can anybody see colored text in story descriptions or is it always HTML tags? Maybe someone who has released story arcs with colored descriptions can give an awnser to this. Edit: Funny, right after writing this post I checked Arc ID 17699 and have a look to the screenshot. You can see colored and bold text there which wasn't the case yesterday. So I did some more research on my own story arc. When I list it without any search filter settings, it is displayed like this: When I do a search for it, it's displayed like this: I know, the source code of CoH has always been a mystery. I don't think that anyone from the community could explain this strange behaviour. Maybe someone who is familiar with the source code. I would guess, the reason is, that the search result is colored in orange, so for this purpose HTML-tags are interpreted by the source code and are not, when no coloring is done by the search window. This looks like bad programming style to me.
  4. Hello everyone, I have encountered a strange behaviour with the search window of AE: I came across this point by editing my latest story arc. I did use html tags for coloring in the story description and it was displayed correctly in the search window. I also found story arcs from other authors with colored text in the description which was displayed correctly by the search window. Then, after I edited the story description text, none of the sory descriptions of any story arc is displayed correctly in the search window anymore. Each one shows the HTML tags as text. I can't get it to work again, but I'm absolutely sure, that it had been displayed correctly. Can anyone see colored text in story descriptions? Take Arc ID 17699 or Arc ID 12233 as an example and please report whether there is colored text or just HTML tags displayed. Edit: Some more research on this topic lead to new understanding and confusion. I've posted the results here:

  6. Same here. On my Windows7 desktop-PC loading the character selection screen takes minutes, on my Windows 10 notebook, the screen loads immediately. The desktop-PC is the one where CoH was originally installed years ago. I am not sure, but I think I never uninstalled it and the folder with all the content is still existing. However, the tequila installation resides in a different folder on the same hard disc. Searching through the registry, I found several references to the original installation folder and the cityofheroes.exe file as well as references to the tequila folder. Listing all installed programs with CCleaner doesn't show any entry of the original installation, NClauncher or any other reference to the original installation. Did anyone experiencing the same problems have references to an original CoH installation in their registry?
  7. I did some research for older versions. This is what I found: https://www.dropbox.com/s/mny32wi9104wpdb/CohSplasher.zip?dl=0 Download the ZIP and just extract it. No need to install. With this version you can exchange the login screen. Since the login screen is "pre I21" the aspect ratio of the image should be 4:3. Unfortunately this version doesn't work with exchanging character selection screen, so you need both versions (V1.25 and V1.30) to do both.
