  2. Hi there. I do have some experience with these power sets, but I'm far from an expert on either one. I'll offer a little input though. Regarding defense: you noted that you reduced fire/cold/aoe defense in your updated build, however you still appear to be prioritizing defense as you are hovering at or near soft cap for several damage types. Since both water and TA are comprised entirely of ranged attacks, have you considered soft capping positional defense (ranged in this case) instead? As long as you're not intentionally playing the character at melee range you should find yourself better protected overall. Obviously going to mean significant changes to set enhancement and possibly some power choices, but definitely worth consideration.
