@Voltak I apologise, I wasn't looking to cause offense. You said Dom's are S Tier for damage. I've watched your videos, and they are very impressive. I particularly like the Earth/Rad build. You state in the videos that the builds are optimised for control and survivability, not damage. With out taking away from anything you do, or have done - what I'm *really curious* about is - what does an S Tier Damage Dom build look like? I've not seen this before. This is coming from a place of 'i'd love a Dom that does sick damage!', not a 'put your money where your mouth is' place. Perhaps I could of phrased that better.

Posting back here that this build melts mobs:
- Snow storm + Blizzard takes down most mobs
- Frozen Aura + Flash Freeze will take down most minions and LT
- Single target attack chain hits *hard* and wipes out remaining bosses
- Freeze Ray and Bitter Freeze Ray nicely holds AV's
Working on T4 incarnates now.

Thanks for the tips @electric_emu, I appreciate your time and input. I've implemented most, and I also swapped Super Speed for Maneuvers and put the extra slots in Freezing Touch slotted with Hecatomb for 10% more recharge. The Thunderstrikes were to get a little ranged defence in, the E + N was a bonus. Revised build:

I just hit 50 on my ice/ice/ice. I'm really enjoying Blizzard + Ice Storm and Snow Storm - it melts mobs away. Frozen Aura stomp is great, and seems worth procing out, as does Flash Freeze. I realised I don't need shiver AND Snow Storm, and I went fly, but prefer to be on the ground for Frozen Aura stomp and Ice Patch. This is what I built to respec into. Any feedback or obvious improvements from the hive mind before I do?
I don't mind dying occasionally, so i've not capped defence or resits. Mostly I play for fun. I like big damage, and a fun, varied play style.

- Dropped Super Jump
- Move the Hecatomb mule from Brawl to Boxing for an extra ~30 dmg in the event it's ever used
I'm not sure what level of defense is 'right' when actually playing at range. I'm 33 now and on a leveling build, will respec into this build in the next few days. Endurance recovery might be an issue looking at End Use (2.08%) vs End Recover (2.56%). What end use/recovery ration to people usually aim for?

I'm trying to build something similar. Goals are:
- Perma PA
- Max Ranged Defense
- Lots of debuff/holds so my army can wipe out mobs
- An attack chain that does damage and I don't hate
What I have so far is below. Noting:
- Decent Smashing/Lethal/Ranged Defense and some S/L resitance
- 270% recharge, so about 30% short I believe
- Some nice damaging attacks: Spectral Wounds, Ice Arrow, Acid Arrow, Oil Slick Arrow. And Poisonous Ray, which sucks to cast, but debuffs bosses nicely
- Two decent ST holds in Ice Arrow and Blind
- Two decent AoE holds in EMP Arrow and Oil Slick Arrow, which should alternate between fights
Probably lots of tweaking still to do. I'm not sure about:
- the Chance to Heal proc in Disruption Arrow. I'm hoping it proc's per target.
- mulling Hecatomb in Brawl. Good bonuses, but a wasted power. I'd prefer Air Superiority from Flight but that would cost me an extra power

------------I'm Enjoying your dark/stone MG build here a lot. I made a few tweaks for my playstyle:
- 6 slotted panacea for 6% heal bonus and control over when the proc fires- Added in combat teleport (I love this; dunno why more people don't use it)
Before I start tweaking the rest, I wan'ted to understand the defense numbers - it looks like your original build is 6-7% over softcap for S/L and Psi - is there a reason for this? I'm thinking I might try and move some more into resists or damage.

Rad melee hits like a semi... at 15 MPH. It feels really slow and clunky to me. How do others find it?

So i built it and tested it - losing 15% recharge hasn't made a noticeable difference for me. This build feels really tough. I can survive Farm 125 @ +4x8 without much worry. Regular missions and TF's have been a survivable with pretty great damage. Need to try an ITF next.

Thanks for the response 🙂 I realise that I didn't understand the 'builder/spender' dynamic of EM. Once I figured out that TF then ET gives you the quick animation, it became fun again for me.
Any thoughts on the Question I posted above on the min amount of recharge needed to sustain the attack chain?

Also wondering how you find the 'fun' factor of this versus the claws/fire build you posted? I love the big damage numbers of EM, though the Energy Transfer animation feels particularly ... meh.

This is a great looking build, thanks for sharing both it and your continued testing. I'm keen to give it a go and wanted to ask how tight the 225% recharge is? I'd like to replace Hover, Fly and Evasive Maneuvers with Combat Teleport, Teleport Target and Fold Space - I love 'blinking' to mobs and smacking them in the face. Gathering the mob for an AoE is also fun. Doing this, I'd lose 15% recharge from the LotG mules and wanted to check if that would screw the attack chain?

Currently playing all out damage, and it’s not as squishy as I thought. Also surprised at the punch RotP packs…

You're right, it gives status resistance, not protection 😄
With a fire/fire/fire blaster I'm torn between:
- Optimizing for all out damage: a dead foe poses no threat! and
- Having some mitigation: a dead hero does no damage!
If it's useful my stats look like this:

I'm wondering how much survivability this adds to an AoE (Fire/Fire/Fire) blaster?
Pro's:
- 40% status protection
- 70%/Fear, 70%/Immobilize, 100%/Stun (if Feared and Immobilized) added to all attacks (I think I read somewhere the stun was mag 4)
Cons:
- Lose 10% dmg + Stacks from Assault Core Hybrid
That feels lot a fair amount of soft control to be dishing out with so much AoE flying around.
Thought of how much 'real world' survivability this will add? Anyone actually running it?

Updated the build slightly as the 6 slotted boxing was irritating me. I dropped Super Jump and added in Laser Bean Eyes for nailing runners in the back of the noggin. I moved the slots from Boxing to LBE, using Thunderstike to keep the ranged defense above soft cap (Assuming boxing was a mule for ranged def and not part of the attack chain).

Been running the updated build for a bit, it's a nice damage upgrade. Call Hawk is a nice heavy hitter, with the bonus of being ranged. I notice I use 'Domination' mode mostly for the blue bar refill.
