Thanks for that answer. Yeah, I just don't have any details ingame or otherwise on the actual values of Reach for the Limit. Could be 25% or 6%.. It shows the power twice in the costume/power screen too. Then when you pick it ingame it shows it twice in your info.

Oh and I forgot, was Martial Combat ingame before they shut down or is it an unofficial powerset?

Hello, Does any have any experience or knowledge they could share about 'Reach for the Limit' from the Martial Combat powerset? I understand it's a passive All Attacks: Chance for +ToHit, +DMG(All) power, but when I look at the power's details all it says is 1.0X Accuracy. I'm just curious as weather I should retake it during a respec. Basically curious as to the values/%
