  1. Permissions seem to be wrong on those notes at the moment -- can't view them. "Sorry, we can't show this content because you do not have permission to see it."
  2. I believe the contact in question was swapped out for a contact who's in Striga.
  3. Trilogy, in Night Ward, has a randomly ordered set of missions that, despite being out of order, do tell a general story once you've done all nine of them. I think it is not currently a story arc, but it feels like it should give merit rewards. Would suggest either: 1. Make this a traditional story arc (leave the missions out of order, to keep a feeling of the current random order; roll some dice while you're turning it into an arc and just pick an order) with a merit reward at the end, or... 2. Track the missions with a hidden badge, and give a merit reward when all of them are completed. 2b. Maybe even award a non-hidden badge at the end, such as something like "Well-Read".
  4. If I remember right, this is because any NPC that has a dialogue tree can't be accessed during a TF. The P2W vendors that work have no dialogue tree and simply open directly into the P2W "store" interface. So -- unless the dialogue tree limitation is removed somehow in the code -- this wouldn't be possible without removing all of the P2W flavor and intro text that the NPCs give.
  5. I'll be working, but if there's a test that just involves logging in and standing around, I could probably help out.
  6. They said a bit more on this to MasssivelyOP a couple days ago. See https://massivelyop.com/2024/01/05/city-of-heroes-homecoming-talks-funding-the-city-council-and-the-impending-content-drop/. Specifically,
  7. For what it's worth, you can also "follow" the finances & donations forum and get email notifications when a new post goes up.
  8. I think he was an enemy you could select in AE arcs. Since he wasn't a custom enemy, possibly people could have a risk-free fight and still get experience?
  9. Could make it fancy(ish) and label them with Roman numerals. I, II, III, IV
  10. Very good point, especially for people with color-blindness. Might be good to have different shapes, not just different colors.
  11. Just looking at that dialogue, the "to" should be "too" instead, that is: "Sheesh! You worry too much, Mom!"
  12. Per one of the AMAs the former Paragon devs did, they were renamed: https://archive.paragonwiki.com/wiki/Lore_AMA/Sorted#286
  13. The first two contacts are 20-24; the second two are 25-29. If you're not yet 25, Long Jack won't introduce you to Tobias. (If you're 30 or higher, you'll have to do the Hansens via Ouro - though if all you want is to unlock the Hess TF, you only have to do Lars' arc via Ouro.)
  14. Thrilled about the last-minute detective change. If you play in a static team, and want to synchronize detective progress, it gets very, very buggy when people have different detectives in a given zone. Doesn't fix the underlying issue, but at least allows a solid workaround.
  15. This is correct: https://archive.paragonwiki.com/wiki/Category:Hero_Contacts_Level_15-19 The contacts in a given origin column all offer the same missions. You can only have one per origin per character.
  16. Tried out Spirit Ward and the sound is much better now.
  17. Just raising this up again. Every time a Spirit Ward stack expires, it makes a sound. Because stacks are always expiring, either due to time or damage taken, this is a near constant barrage of noise for the person to whom the toggle is applied. The sound this makes on expiration should really be removed.
  18. Trying out some duo missions, with Spirit Ward toggled on another player. It apparently makes noises when each stack of the buff wears off. The amount of sound from this should probably be toned down now that it's a toggle.
  19. Rocket Board and the other "detoggle" fly powers are faster than the jet packs on HC Live, yeah. I made that same mistake at first, but went back and tested and it's definitely faster...
  20. Don't have time to test right now, but has anyone tried Speed Phase with things like the vault doors in Safeguards and Mayhems, the destroyable wall in the Eden TF, and the destroyable wall in the 40+ villain mission (I think maybe this one?).
  21. Phalanx Fighting has two components: * One defense buff that always affects you; this one is not enhanceable * One defense buff that scales based on number of allies nearby; this one is enhanceable (or should be)
  22. I believe you could also spend the veteran reward tokens to get super packs.
  23. Paragon did make several passes in issue 5?, issue 14, issue 16 to reduce the number of things needed for a large number of badges, to make them less grindy to obtain. Just something to keep in mind when adding these badges with high counters.
  24. Taunt should probably be in there as a control somewhere.
  25. Regarding taunt auras, anything that affects the mob interrupts them -- that isn't new. Taunts, toggle debuffs, non-damaging taunt auras, damage... that's probably not even a complete list.
