After character creation I believe you may have to go to the Icon Vendor "Icon Cosmetic Surgeon" that allows you to change your body type/sizes. There's an Icon Tailor shop in Atlas Park, north side. These body altering changes would probably not work at a trainer or typical Icon employee. Good luck hero!
