  1. I quite like Burst of Speed personally, but mainly just for style/flavour. If you can find a better use for the slots then dropping it wouldn't affect the build too much. Reach for the limit is this build's build up, I believe it lends to less consistent damage but for those who like a less active playstyle (myself included) I quite like it. Part of my build is having a ridiculous recharge time, which I figure gives more chances to activate Reach for the Limit which can mitigate the randomness a bit. Reaction time is obviously MC's recovery skill, so enhancing it is a great idea (it's base recovery is twice Stamina). It's also a spot to slot performance shifter +end if you need to, I think I got more out of 6-slotting is with end mod enhancements though. Inner will with enough recharge is pretty useful if you get held often and don't have much mez resist, otherwise you could probably skip it - I already don't have it slotted in my build so could skip anyway.
  2. Hey man, thanks for giving it a look over! If you skip Fly then it's probably best to take Tactics slotted with two rectified reticle and maybe an endurance IO if you can find the slots. That will bump your defence and accuracy up a bunch. An alternative could be taking another attack from MC to give some more options when fighting in melee range, probability Dragon Tail, but finding the slots for that while keeping up the endurance would be difficult.
  3. Hey man, I made my own DP/MC build too and I thought you might like to have a look. I decided softcapped s/l defense was a priority, as well as heaps of recharge to maximise dps.
