    Same with me. When using my right mouse button, the cursor will go to my second monitor while trying to rotate right. The 2nd monitor is on the right. if I try to move right, nothing happens. To move right, I have to left click the screen, rotate left, then I can rotate left. I rebooted, with no luck. Sometimes, using Alt-Tab helps, but only for a little while. Nvidia GeForce GTX 760
