Since I started playing again, I've been faffing about with a -lot- of characters and new power sets I hadn't tried on live. I quickly fell in love with Bio Armour and Savage Melee. I've tried it on a tank and a scrapper, with the scrapper nearly hitting level 50, but I get the feel that this set combination would be best on a Brute. As such I've made this build, and would like some input on what other people think. I've never been great with IO slotting and Incarnates are a new thing for me.
