  5. I actually do not come to think of it. It was mostly for concept anyways but I do recognize that concept means diddly when you're face down because you go toggled and dropped. So 5 slots up for grabs in a new Pool eh?
  6. @Bopper @tidge Thank you both. I think I'd rather have the regen over the speed TBH so I'll make this change. So it will NOW be: Health (2) Panacea and Numina Stamina (2) PT-Heal and PT-EndMod Am I reading that right? I have another slot to put somewhere now from this before?:

I apologize for yoinking 90% of your build. Originally this build had Aid Self in it cranked with preventative medicine. Instead of using that, I'll use the Heal Incarnate, and I thought I'd spread the slots to other powers like Stamina, Phalanx Fighting, Grant Cover, and Fireball to round out regeneration bonuses and a knockdown on Fireball with other sets.   8. I'm curious as to why Dark/Dark doesn't make any lists either. Is the end drain just too much?

    I'm a scrapper first and foremost, but I don't see a lot of Dark/Dark Scrapper builds, and I also don;t Brute much (at all). Why Brute over scrapper? Crits are pretty sweet!

  12. So I tried to get @Infinitum's "Captain Starburst" build to go in my mids, and I got it except it hardly shows any EM (secondary) attacks. What am I missing? IS this the "peak" build you are referring to here?
