  1. I really like my demon/rad. With all the MM uniques they are a good mix of 'hybrid' tankiness between def and resist and Rad which debuffs to-hit and damage. Rad also maybe answers the question of "how can I make the whip attacks not suck?" because of stacking -resist.
  2. The Fighting pools buff Brawl I think, so why not go WoW auto-attack style and just turn on auto-brawl for when you're in melee range? Punch and Kick from the fighting pool also drain endurance, if you want to feel like you're contributing to an all Elec end-drain team, and Cross Punch is just fun and makes you feel like you have a Street Justice mastermind. I really enjoy my Demon/Rad MM and his flame whip attacks. Even if their DPS is the suck, they give out -9% damage resist, which is like half of Enervating Field, so that might scratch your itch to have a scrapping/blapping mastermind.
  3. Hover is a slot mule for Luck of the Gambler's recharge bonus. Damage enemies do to each other when they're deceived/confused does subtract from the experience you get. But it's usually so little it doesn't matter. What's more important is that they are not attacking you, you get the benefits of their support abilities and pets, and they don't activate their big defensive moves like Elude when they're confused.
  4. I am partial to Spectral for the immobilization chance on my Ill/Rad (which doesn't have an Immobilize on its own). I think of it like a 10% chance for a free Containment setup on my powers, which makes me feel like a Scrapper.
