  1. I'm a little late to the party, but I would fully endorse and love a feature like this for Crab Spiders. As far as the backpack being grafted, some roleplayers (like myself) aren't playing as an actual Crab Spider, but maybe some spider-themed hero/villain or anything else that you can creatively use the extra limbs for. In my case it'd be a perfect fit for my spider demon, who I'd absolutely love to be able to turn into "spider form" with the legs, and return to "human form" using another costume.
  2. One thing that I can think of that could be inflating the 95-100 numbers is the fact that there are some powers that do not display the to-hit rolls unless they're a miss. Particularly aura powers, like Conductive Aura, Lightning Field, etc. Most of these auras with proper enhancements/bonuses will have a 95% chance to hit, and they'll be pulsing every second, only ever showing up in the logs if they roll a 95+. Of course this doesn't effect every build, but if you do have an aura in your logs then that's one possibility at least for seeing more rolls in the 95+ range than others.
  3. Just got Sky Splitter on my Tanker, and as it was my first character to use Staff Fighting I tested to see how effective the self buffs you get from it were. The resistance gained from Form of the Body seems to work properly and always grants +13.30% resistance regardless of target, but the other two effects from Form of the Mind and Form of the Soul seem to scale based on the level of your target. For example hitting an even leveled minion with a Form of the Mind level 3 grants +20% bonus to-hit, but if you hit a level 1 target with the same combo the to-hit bonus goes up to +94% and caps it out. Likewise the buff diminishes if you hit a higher level target, with +3 levels granting only +13% and so on. The same works with the regen/recovery of Form of the Soul, capping out your recovery and nearly doing so with the regen if you hit a much lower level target, whereas it grants a severely limited buff if you hit something 3 or more levels higher than yourself. It's not something I've seen any other self-buff do in the game, so I can only assume that the abilities are unintentionally scaling with the level difference much like damage does, however the Resistance bonus at least doesn't seem to be effected. Also not sure if this is only limited to Tankers or not.
