I use Perma in laymen terms but I always thought Incarnates made it that much closer to achieve. While not true perma-elude, the window was that much smaller and with your stats specced - SR alone was doing work.

I thought they still did, they just lost the stacking potential from the Power Siphon in favor of the tried and true BU + AS Personally, from my Live character who was KM/Nin - I enjoyed the hell out of it. The fact it covers the bases for a Stalker (Ranged and PBAoE) was nice for a person like me who wasn't necessarily focused on minmaxing the hell out of every little thing. You can throw in every purple category into the Power Set and I felt like I dished out a lot. As for Ninjitsu? I always felt it was the discount SR so I'd much rather go with SR if I famred up enough influence to set up a build where endurance was no longer a problem and Perma Elude is achieved. Everything else just kind of pales in comparison to the Scrapper alternative, the holes in Willpower that other ATs not only exist for Stalkers but affect you even more. Bio kind of has this issue too but I've gotten comfortable with my SM/Bio lately.

I wish we could change Concentrated Strike's animation to a different but maybe a little quicker animation.

I was a scrapper main prior to City of Villains and then when I got into the beta for COV, I sorta punished myself knowing I'd sacrifice utility for burst. Fell in love with the class and became an admirer of Rogue-type characters across all MMOs because of them. The shortage of exp makes sense. Sure you get a bit of mission completions but the biggest chunk of xp you get is from killing mobs so if you're just stealthing to find glowies and then kill the boss with his henchmen, naturally you're accumulating less xp overall. But I always found it fun... until you run into Nemesis or Rikti Drones.

Enerjack is back on Everlasting but my name wasn't too big tbh. I had his account setup on Formspring when we tried to use IC way back in the day, I remember some a lot of you. Ferret, Xanatos, but alas, I was nobody xD

My first toon was Katana/SR scrapper and I learned to love Practice Brawler. So when Shield Defense was first released and its status immunity was a click, I breathed a sigh of relief. Just be on your toes and be thankful you don't have another toggle sucking up endurance on a new toon.

IOs were introduced to counter ED so you could get numbers to bypass somewhat. Although, it's not really optimal since you're putting a lot of investment into it.

Kind of wish there was more roleplay interest in Praetoria or Pocket D got replaced by a more club-like scene. I love Studio 55 but nobody really roleplays there haha

Same. There were limitations when Going Rogue first launched and I don't know if they lifted those towards the end.

I recreated Nanashi, my Stalker. Only, when I stopped playing Psionic Melee was not out yet. So prior to that Issue, Nanashi was Kinetic Melee and Ninjitsu. This time around he's Psi-Melee/Ninjitsu because I have him looking like Ermac from Mortal Kombat 9 right now haha

In short, yes. Being Rogue/Vigilante means you can go from Paragon to Rogue Isles at will without much trouble. As long as you don't take part in any of the morality-decision missions (the ones that upon completion put you Villain or Hero), you're good to go. This means if you're a Rogue, you can do Positron Taskforces (if I recall right, there was no restriction). So just be careful how you do your Newspaper missions, you can do morality missions fine but that final one you want to steer clear of and/or delete.

Man, it's like putting on a pair of your favorite old shoes. They still fit. It's so cool going back almost a decade and reliving a lot of the same experiences.
