Don't you get Positron's Friend badge from the Maria Jenkins' arc that end with you killing an Olympian guard? I know it seems similar to the name of the badge for his task force, but I am pretty sure there is a second one for the arc. Edit: Page 18 in the PDF is also blank.

I saw those end dialogue boxes for more things then I did not. Also I did part of the Heart of Darkness arc, the family arc, about 3 paper missions, and a heist. Only got the notification to go talk to the broker after I already had talked to him and jumped into my base to do some admin. Haven't seen a dialogue box for any of them, since the recent patch.

At the end of a mission you usually get a dialog box with a sentence or two, usually about how you character thinks about what just happened. Like "Its great when you can get paid twice for doing one job." Those haven't been popping up for me when I did various door mission villain side in Port Oakes. But one did pop up after I used a base macro to jump to my super base then reloaded the zone.
