yeah, the stalker way outdps's the tank, the TP stuff is something I really want to fit in. This is a project, I am working on a tank and stalker build simultaneously.

that is what I was looking for SeraphimKensai, so only 5 instances of the same bonus (i.e. the 10%, 8.75% etc...) so I need to mix it up once I've reached 5. Thanks!

hello, I am trying to get a perma hasten and as close to perma blizzard as I can get, with an ice /dark corr, but I seem to be unable to get hasten down past 121 seconds.. so just shy of perma. Is there a rule that says you can only have so much recharge from various sources? like, can I not have all the +10% recharge sets slotted?

I really need help with incarnates for my rad/fire tank. My resistances are all above 90 except for cold (50) and psi (70). So I don't really need any resistance in my incarnates. The only thing I feel is lacking is my recharge speed. I am attaching my build for reference. Yes. I have multiple travel powers for theme and rp reasons. I am no expert. However, I believe that Placate has a hit roll. If that misses you aren't hidden. Additionally, if you placate while under other damaging effects or if being struck by another mob OR when a boss is "winding" up an attack I believe it immediately knocks you out of hidden even if placate works.

Thank you for the response. Essentially it is a grab bag for stalkers.... As a Savage Melee/Bio stalker at a low level like I am now I have no downtime in my attack chain. The powerset is super fast and not even very endurance intensive. Even running all the toggles I am rarely losing out on end. I also don't see any glaring holes in my defensive powerset. ugh......

I am valiantly trying to build a stalker out on Pines but can't really figure out what a stalker should be shooting for... Like with my brute I knew that I needed 45% defenses and as close to 100% res I can get. So I could use the set finder to pick and choose sets based on those bonuses.. With my nature corrupter I wanted recharge reduction to get as close to perma uptime on my buffs as possible. however, I cannot figure out what I should be shooting for on a Stalker... Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
