    I’ve already got it at 50, IOd and most of the incarnate powers. I have to make some adjustments to the build once I get back home. I have one to many of the same bonuses.

    Since finding out that the Scrapper's version of Ninjitsu has a Hide+Ninja Run like power in it, that does stack with Combat Jumping, I got to brainstorming. What would it be like if Stalkers had Titan Weapons? Came up with this, and I love it so thought I'd share! I have a couple IOs boosted to +5 as well I just don't know how to enable it in the Hero Builder.
