  1. I don't know if I agree. Most of what helps a blaster or potential Blapper is the avoidance and manipulation abilities. ( probably using wrong wording but moving on.) The Ninja Training power set has invisibility and dodging powers that help avoid damage. However, this is my only point of reference since I don't use any other abilities in the Blaster repertoire. The thing I struggle with in COH is how restricted each archetype is in their category. There are no Melee Manipulators, Controlling Tanks or Melee Masterminds. Shouldn't we broaden the horizen of this precious game that has been reclaimed from corporate death? Thoughts?
  2. I think there should be a melee equivalency to blasters. Instead of a ranged combat set you would choose a melee combat set and your secondary powers would be utilitarian, like blasters, and have two to three ranged attacks included. For instance I like playing ninjas and the only thing that gets close from my point of view are blasters. Lots of versatility. The drawback is that it is oriented to ranged as apposed to melee. Thoughts?
