Envenomed daggers were a part of my attack rotation until I got my Interface slotted with Flawless Radial Diamagnetic. 100% regen debuff and 50% tohit debuff is much nicer than I expected. I'm not purple ATO'd out, but my build is solid enough that I can solo AVs and Giant Monsters with just my powers now. That being said, I still enjoyed it when I was using the daggers. There's that giddy "I just took out a GM by myself" feeling that never gets old.
When you first stepped out of that tutorial, at the steps to Miss Liberty and just stood there...and stood there, panning the camera around and taking it all in? That, is a feeling I really wish I could recapture...very few games have given me that giddy feeling since.
When there was neither respecs or Icon and if you hit your mid teens and weren't happy...it was a reroll with the scramble to get a costume right and out the door to reclaim the name you just gave up?
I have been needing Citadel for awhile as my last Suriving 8 TF badge for the accolade, but I can never seem to either find or get a team together for it. Last night, I just said heck with it and set myself to -1/1 and rofl stomped my way though it solo. If you just want the badge and to see the sights, that's the way to go, in my opinion.
I keep seeing more and more posts about the Hollows...I may have to roll into there and revisit the place. I haven't been in there other than to badge hunt since well before the game's sunset.
Brickstown: The Crescent. When I first started playing on HC last year and eventually heard that music, I had a grin from ear to ear. Funny how just a quick snippet of music can be so welcome.
*Rude people -whether in a chat channel or just being a dingus ingame...there's really no need for being negative "just because".
*People that zoom ahead in a mission, get ganked and then start crying out for help as the rest of the team is still zoning into the map
*Bossy people on teams - I get it, you know the game inside and out, most of the rest of us do too...we just don't shove it in anyone's face
*Rikti monkies...really, the Rikti couldn't have taught them some manners? PU!
I was this old when I learned you don't have to choose red or blue at the end of the Praetorian arcs. Very cool, I have a Praetorian MM right now that I'm moving along. Will have to just keep on trucking into the Wards and forgo Primal Earth.
