I guess it'll make slotting shadow fall easier at least.

I don't think the defense in either Shadow Fall or Cloaking Device is strong enough to bother slotting. Shadow Fall gets Damage Res and a variety of IO Specials.

    Thank you!

It USED to be you just couldn’t have both toggles running at once at all. Now you can have them both on and the best effects from both apply.

  3. Yea, the defenses bonuses do not stack. Only the strongest one applies.

Only the strongest Stealth factor applies also.

But the OTHER parts of the power, the Damage Resistance, etc, all still apply.

Actually, we didn't get any xp at level 1, but at level 2, we did.
I have recent memories of being level 9, wanting to slap the ATOs in, but couldn't. A quick trip to Kings Row and Boomtown for the explores, and I was there. The xp wasn't so over the top, but it was enough to notice. But, that's just this one guy's opinion.

now the same amount of leveling that got you Not to 10 will do so because of the extra patrol xp

Exploration badges now giving Patrol XP.

I had the same thought of sympathy toward Rudra, even if I don't agree with them.

What would be nice if we could actually see how much patrol XP we had in combat attributes.  I do tend to get exploration badges in large batches, and I might need to change that practice while leveling up just to prevent maxing it out for no benefit.  Pretty sure that we're still limited to 10 bars, meaning at the start, you'll max out your patrol XP at seven badges. (with a little waste)

I don't mind the change, just going to take a slight adjustment if I want to pay attention to it.

You can see how much you have by mousing over it.

Still amazed that people are using an unintended-for-mass-damage-power as a mass-damage-power and getting upset when it's brought in line.  The game has plenty of win buttons, but man, it should not have a super-win-button.  Let's all relax and play.

I don't have an issue with Bonfire getting nerfed.

I just wish they had nerfed the Damage but left the Control (mostly) alone.

it messes up the market for people that make their in-game living selling stuff on the market, they rely on some sort of stability of prices. people selling for 1 inf are undercutting the people that want to sell at a reasonable price and get a reasonable price paid. when someone dumps a bunch of LotG, say a full stack of 70, on the market for 1inf, it means that they do not care what the price someone pays for it. they'll take 1 inf as well as 3 million, as well as 6 million, they don't care what they make off of the sale. that destabilises the market for the people that do care. yes, the market will right itself back up to the price that people are willing to pay for something, but that takes time. in the meantime prices for the LotG drop to sub 3 mill, when it normally runs in the 6-7 million range, and it makes it difficult for people to know what price to buy or sell at. which, in turn, barely makes it worthwhile to craft and sell in quantity. suddenly where it was 3-4 times in return in what i had invested, spending time and influence to craft and sell, if falls to less than 2x for all the time and effort. suddenly the regular crafters, like me nearing my 40,000th IO set enhancement crafted, need to find another a more stable market, at least until it stablises and becomes worthwhile again.

(for what it's worth, i do not currently craft LotG because the market is currently too tight)

it's this exactly. it's not really helping, people that want to sell would prefer that it sells for the most reasonable price that people are willing to pay, that requires a stable market. dumping for 1 inf, does not accomplish this.

This would be what is classified as an SEP.

    Someone Else's Problem.

You are not OWED a particular price. If you want a stable sale price, the Vendor is right there.

  8. Another thing that came up recently for a friend of mine, re: new player experience.

There is nothing for the Pet summoning classes that tells them +/- Recharge doesn't work on pets, and that would be useful information to have when choosing a secondary.

There could be other similar things, but that stood at as one that should probably be easier to figure out.
