  1. They should take the Camera emote animation, rejigger it into a sequencer for an attack, and have an NPC hand out a Camera temp power. Make Sally an invalid target for attacks, and using the Camera temp power on Sally the way to get the badge.

    If your chance to hit is 50%, your damage will be a random value between 0.50-1.00

     

    The patch notes say the random damage is based on the hit roll. If it's actually on the chance to hit, they should be edited.

    Enemy -Perception received a fairly major bug fix this patch that should make it less necessary to pack sources of +Perception:

    Testing should be done to see how these mobs perform against players with no sources of +Perception.

    Leguy cost is 0.78 , unless there was a recent change I missed. (and Mids too :p)

     

    so reduce from .78 to .39 would be ok

    reduce from .78 to .195 seems unbalanced

     

    Focused Accuracy ticks twice per second. At .39 endurance cost (current) it's a total of .78 endurance per second. This patch reduces the endurance cost per tick to .195, for a total of .39 endurance per second.

    And there's also the bit where Body Mastery is getting renamed to Energy Mastery anyways. 

     

    It's not really a buff, though. With the damage scaling based on the tohit roll, it should end up doing roughly the same amount of damage over time. And procs still need to do a tohit roll.

    If this goes through, my */Ninjitsu stalker with Leviathan Mastery is never gonna be able to respec again, because he's reliant on Frozen Blast in Water Spout for an AoE defense set bonus.

  7. We need a badge called "Forgot to Bring Bullets," for completing a mission while fulfilling one of these three requirements:

    • Playing as an Arsenal Assault Dominator with no powers from their secondary besides Buttstroke, Heavy Blow, or Power Up
    • Playing as an Arachnos Soldier with one or both of Pummel and Bayonet, but no other powers from the Arachnos Soldier pool
    • Having a teammate who fulfills one of the two prior requirements.

  9. So the only function of Speed Phase, the “bonus power” that comes with Super Speed, is to turn off collision so your character can run through mobs without being physically blocked by them. However, if you get attacked, it suppresses, and doesn’t work any more. The problem here should be obvious; if you want to take advantage of Speed Phase, you naturally have to get into aggro range of the enemy mobs, which will see you even with the partial stealth Super Speed provides, and thus Speed Phase will get suppressed when they attack you. In practice, you can’t use Speed Phase to run through more than one or so mobs before it gets suppressed. Speed Phase essentially can’t fulfill its only function unless you also get some way to accomplish full stealth. The suppression almost completely negates the utility of the power without outside help, so it would be best if it were just removed.

  10. I honestly think speedster powers work best as Blaster/ranged damage sets, the idea being that the "blasts" are just the character running in for quick hit-and-run tactics. You don't really see speedsters just jumping into melee and staying there in comics. Let's not forget what happened to Red Rush when he decided that fisticuffs with Omni-Man would work better than the tactics he'd been using up until that point...
