There are 4 accolades that will give you a total of 20% HP and 10% end Atlas Medallion is actually 5% end, it's Task Force Commander that gives 5% Health. Portal Jokey is 5% for both, and lastly Freedom Phalanx Reserve with 10% HP. After those the next biggest increase is the +Max HP (7.5%) from the Unbreakable Guard resistance set. So there is total of +27.5% HP to be had relatively easy, almost regardless of build.

Hyperstrike, you're using the end/recharge IO of Panacea in Fast healing instead of the proc one? I would put Panacea's proc in Fast healing (replacing the useless end/recharge) and put Regenerative Tissue's +regen in Health instead increasing regen by another 25% points without loosing anything else.

They're not that important, still have hard capped S/L resistance without them. Though the defenses, while maybe not that important, and the accuracy could still be good to have. Question is then, what to take in its stead. Since I had very little idea on what to take for my last two powers I can say I will no idea on what to replace ground zero with.
