Is this the hp from liberty/freedom/ velocity SG from back in the day??

While I understand the travel suppression in pvp and how it was intended to be used when it was implemented it slowed down pvp considerably. That was quite a few issues ago but man that was a sad day.

A place for strictly pvp would be nice to have for builds and or pvp zone events. I understand that this is a work in progress and we are only at the start but with the progress it would be nice for those of us who participate in this game strictly for the pvp. Thanks for bringing this back having a blast.

Claws needs to be moved to top tier as they buffed later in issues and it became nutty damage output up there with martial arts and BS. Otherwise good list and useful.
