  1. When stealthed under Mask Presence, the Tactical Training powers from Teamwork cause spinning white squares to appear inside your body at certain camera angles or when the camera is close enough to your character. This happened to me with Tactical Training: Maneuvers and Tactical Training: Leadership. Using both of these powers will cause two white squares to appear. However, Tactical Training: Assault seems to be unaffected and there is no visual bug. Only Tactical Training: Maneuvers and Tactical Training: Leadership cause the bug. I have not tried with the Leadership power pool toggles. Attached is a screenshot of what the white square looks like.
  2. Can anyone tell me what's the name of the sound file for Martial Combat's Reaction Time, or failing that, tell me how to find out for myself? I'd really like to silence Reaction Time.
  3. Same thing for me. I came to the forums to report this myself, but I'm glad to see I'm not the only person with this problem. Arcane Power never procced even once after hours of gameplay.
  4. Comparing TW to SvM isn't a fair comparison in that sense. TW actually did get pushed to the live servers and was only available if you either paid for a sub or paid to unlock the power set. People recognized that TW was OP and needed tweaking, but my guess is they wanted it to be a bit OP because you had to pay to unlock it. Regardless, TW was released in a working state, whereas SvM was never released. And even after all of this, the HC team finally decided to do something about TW to bring it in line with other power sets. I'm not implying "I don't like this power set, therefore I deem it's broken and needs fixing", I'm just saying that unless you're a developer or the devs themselves released a public statement about it, you literally cannot say the set is "working as intended". You don't know this and you have no authority to make such a claim.
  5. With all due respect, "working as intended" doesn't exactly apply to a power set that was stuck in beta before the live servers got shut down. It never got the chance to be properly tested and was released "as is" on HC, so the only ones who would know if the set is truly "working as intended" are the original devs. Anyways, this is what I was hoping they'd change... I'm not a fan of watching stacks to specifically consume them at 3-4. I'd prefer it if it was an "all or nothing" kind of deal. I know others back when I played had similar complaints because a stack consuming set that punishes you for maximizing your stacks is counter intuitive. If nothing's changed, then sadly I won't be picking up SvM again, or if I do then I'll just have to live with the fact that I'll always be "sub-optimal" when playing it. Ah. Good to know, though it makes me wary of playing SS. If it never ends up changing then I can live with that, but if I started playing it more and it suddenly changed, I'd be worried if I ended up not liking the changes and dropping it, which is why I held off on playing it until a decision was made, but it seems that never happened.
  6. So I've been away from HC for a little under a year now, maybe like 9-10 months or so? I wanted to know if there were any significant changes to Savage Melee, Titan Weapons, and Super Strength during that time. Savage Melee - I wanted to know if they ever reworked Blood Frenzy so that it synergizes more with the set as a whole. I wanted to main SvM back then, but I was discouraged by people claiming that certain powers that remove Blood Frenzy, such as Hemorrhage, were actually detrimental to DPS and you'd be better off not spending any Blood Frenzy at all. Is this still the case to this day? Were there changes to Blood Frenzy or have opinions changed about the set regardless? Titan Weapons - I believe significant changes were planned for this set not long after I stopped playing and I wanted to know what exactly those changes were or if someone could direct me to the patch notes for it please? Super Strength - There was talk back then about reworking the way Rage worked and/or stacked and rebalancing SS around a reworked Rage. Were these changes ever pushed? If so, could someone tell me what those changes were or direct me to the patch notes please? Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.
  7. Well that explains a lot, though I feel silly for not thinking that it could've been a targeted AoE sooner. The animation for it makes it look like your standard PBAoE. In this case, maybe instead of increasing the radius we could just make it a standard PBAoE with 7 ft radius?
  8. I thought I was going crazy with Spinning Strike not affecting targets crowded around me. Why in the world does Spinning Strike have a 6 ft radius for the AoE when typical melee range for powers is 7 ft? The power even has a 7 ft range because it requires a target to be used. Any chance we could get a radius increase for the AoE? Like, make it a 8 ft radius maybe? Would that be difficult to implement? Actually, why don't we just make it a standard PBAoE with a 7 ft radius instead? A melee range Targeted AoE is just silly IMO, especially with how the animation looks.
  9. I'm not a fan of this addition either. A big problem with Help chat requests is that people ask vague questions or questions that can't be understood, either due to bad english or some other reason. These questions usually end up being ignored by most people regardless of whether or not people are having other conversations in chat, but if there are other conversations in chat, the people asking those questions immediately blame the non-responsiveness on the conversations. Too many times I see a question that isn't answered due to one of those reasons, the person asking follows up with something like "stop spamming Help chat, I need help", people actually stop to help this person, only for the person to just repeat their question unchanged and still nobody answers, or ends up being answered "I don't know, sorry" or "can't help you". Long story short, there are other reasons why questions go unanswered in Help chat, but it's always blamed on other conversations regardless. Some people don't care about staying on topic either way because they're just looking to advertise as much as people and repeat their messages across multiple channels. I've sent tells to people using Help chat like it was LFG asking them to please use LFG, their responses being "more people see it if I put it in both channels". Adding a General chat just means they'll spam their messages across all three instead. Unfortunately, this is just the nature of global chat channels anywhere on the internet. People will use them however they please unless there's some heavily enforced policing going on.
