  1. Gotta adjust based on how bad the team is. Yeah, Howling Twilight is a great debuff, but -500 regen doesn't do much when half the team dies right after.
  2. Yeah asking for it to do less end will just get it whapped with the number go down stick and y'know we don't wanna risk it.
  3. It costs more end than Focused Accuracy on a set that has a power that costs 33 end that you want to be casting fairly often. source: i have several dark armor tanker/scrapper/stalkers it mezzes the least problematic enemy type to immediately delete.
  4. in the same pass that they filled up damage holes for Invuln they shoulda given fire/dark KB prot/res, straight up
  5. a fucking CRUMB of KB protection so I'm not the only melee motherfucker bouncing like a doofus ass kid in a inflatable castle when doing Hami raids as every other melee armor set (besides fire armor i guess) just walks through it with 0 issue
  6. It's basically the one cool tool it has. What else are you gonna do, occasionally mag 2 stun or fear something?
  7. Really, it's not anymore pointless than having a KB enhancing set that then you nullify all the KB in, so... there's that I guess...
  8. Well, yeah, and procing affects control-based and support-based sets the most, because Controllers and Defenders have to lean on that to do more damage. A blanket proc change is gonna make the underplayed worse while not affecting the top by very much with one or two exceptions.
  9. Seems like a reasonable QoL change. Sounds good.
  10. Hey there! Are you here to finally release the dove effects for Dual Pistols after all these years?
  11. Yeah, the easiest way around that first part is either immediately select that outfit piece you want that'll do this and hit "linked colors" then pick what you want, or save the costume, open it in notepad, edit the color values, and reload the costume in the editor.
  12. Interesting that you'd pick Sentinels! Sentinels, of course, have a damage based primary, a armor based secondary, and epic pools all themed toward support, a jack of all trades, if you will. They were also medicore at all of it, and got a numbers pass and rework to their inherent to make them better! Good pick for an example, honestly.
  13. They should probably be good at *something.* e: Nevermind, @Greycat, you right, they shouldn't be! My fault.
  14. Ignoring the usual mechanics of the game and playing on a level more demanding than anything else in the game is required for Kheldian DPS to match a scrapper that is decently played. If they have to lose Glowing Touch for a DPS bump, so be it.
  15. okay, then go record it, thanks
  16. do love how often "here's some proof in the form of video/spreadsheets/etcetera" happens only to get hit with the "nuh-uh"
  17. This is how enemies react when you hit them with a power in Staff Melee, yes
  18. the trade off: you're using staff
  19. Penny Yin replacing Psyche was i23, the last live issue.
  20. that would be for if you did the damage by bludgeoning them with it
  21. yeah I made sure to throw in a real world equivalent too that they could've transposed from, it was just a line below that. (Aurora Borealis is a Vindicator, Back Alley Brawler and Penny Yin are on the Phalanx)
