  1. It is. Fly, Super Jump, Teleport, Super Speed or Mystic Flight.
  2. Yes ๐Ÿ˜‹ But equivalent of level 50 SO's only if that helps.
  3. If YOU could wake up tomorrow morning with one primary power set and one secondary power set (equivalent to level 50) which ones would you choose? (or would you not want them?) Give the name of the primary power set and secondary power set and which AT they come from (you would be). Why would you pick those powers? What would you do with them in our world? You are the only one on the planet with powers. Also which travel power would you choose?
  4. Got one yesterday, Dangerous Beauty. Thought for sure someone would have nabbed that.
  5. Not an MMO but I can recommend Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Great RPG, very long game, good combat as well as naval combat. Have a choice between three different skill trees, hunter, warrior and assassin, so multiple playthroughs are an option (on my 5th at the moment). If you do everything there is to do, each playthrough is 300 hours+ as the map is huge. It doesn't have the character creation that COH has (don't think many if any do) but the character you do play is fantastic (was emmy nominated), and you can have dozens of costume options and multiple weapon options. Also graphically it is beautiful, just watching the sun rise over the ocean is a joy. ๐Ÿ˜
  6. So I've been experimenting with Nature Mastery, level 1-26, solo, SO's only, extra difficulty/team size. So far Demons comes out on top, all round good survivability, loads of damage, didn't lose a single pet all the way, and plenty of fun. Good AI as well. Beasts also has done very well, again good survivabilty, only lost a couple of wolves, fun. Good AI, do what they are told without delay. Thugs again another strong combo, didn't lose a single pet, fun, good AI. Necromancy, no problems at all, didn't lose a pet, zombies surprisingly high damage with the vomit ๐ŸคฎGelled well with nature. Bots just didn't gel for me, I didn't lose any, but the primary just felt boring and slow, also the AI feels kind of wonky. In bodyguard mode it took them an age to react, and if you gave them any other orders they sat around pondering for vital seconds. Not sure if others have had this issue with bots. Next to try is Ninja. I've heard they are hard to keep alive, so this should be interesting... Update - Ninja didn't work, with no resistances they just dropped too fast for healing to save them. ๐Ÿ˜ž Need a defensive set like Time, Ice or FF to be effective I would imagine. Shame as they did really good damage.
  7. Vahzilok hate because my favourite powersets all have toxic weakness's and they invariably wreck me. Love Freakshow, they are fun, they don't spread out too much, and they invariably come back so extra xp ๐Ÿ™‚
  8. Which enemy group (ie Hellions, COT, Malta etc) do you most enjoy having missions against, and which do you most hate having missions against?
  9. I usually go with resistance based sets, but I want to try defensive for a change, and have settled on either FF, Sonic or Ice. I want to be able to shield/bubble my pets, which is why I have gone with these three sets over others. Does anyone with experience of these three sets know if one is much stronger than the others? A few caveats, I will be exclusively solo, only doing door to door missions from 1-50, I'll only be using SO's mostly, and I will probably be pairing it with bots. Thanks for any advice.
  10. You were right, it's so much fun. Mobs are just disintegrating. I paired it with electric, my fave secondary. So far, loving it.
  11. Determined to give staff fighting a go, was wondering if there was a secondary that worked particularly well with it, either made up for any shortcomings or improved on it's strengths? Is staff fighting endurance intensive for example, is it low damage? Any advice appreciated.
  12. It still surprises me that in 18 years there still hasn't been a game made that beats COH in the superhero genre. There have been several attempt but all have come up lacking. There are a lot of young fans of the MCU/DC out there that are more than likely unaware of Homecoming. Many would love COH, despite it's age. New doesn't always, and many times doesn't mean better, and to my old fart brain it still looks very good ๐Ÿ˜‹
  13. Yeah I was thinking Shield. Thanks you sold me ๐Ÿ™‚
  14. Is there a vast difference in DPS between the two sets? I've read a dozen posts on super strength and they all say one thing above all, foot stomp this, foot stomp that, 'yeah but wait till you get foot stomp'. But what about before foot stomp?? I don't want to slog through 32 levels before it get's good! ๐Ÿ™‚ I'm leveling 1-50 solo with mission content only, so having fun from start to finish is key, which slides me more towards SJ, but if SS is considerably stronger from 1-50 (and not only after foot stomp) then I may slide more towards getting SS instead. Thanks for any feedback.
  15. Been racking my brain trying to think of a secondary to go with my Thugs. I know there are probably stronger sets (Time/Dark/Traps get mentioned a lot), but I have my eye on Kinetics. It sounds a lot of fun, and fun is the name of the game when solo levelling on missions which is what I will be doing. Can anyone give me feedback on this set for MM's. Is it fun? Is it good/bad? What powers in the set are must haves and which are skippable if any? Would Kinetics go better with another primary?? Thanks for any help.
