  1. I have enjoyed playing my Beam Rifle/Force Field Corruptor for a while now, especially the set-and-forget aspect of bubbles which allows me to aid the team and still focus on my offensive capabilities (beam rifle). But as I get into the 40's I am facing some challenges; especially regarding endurance, pool powers and (upcoming) incarnate choices. My main quandary is which route to go with the Alpha Incarnate: I would like to go with Agility as it offers a 20% (at tier 4) boost to Defensive Buffs (which is what a Bubbler does) but the Recovery bonus isn't as helpful as the Endurance Reduction of the Cardiac Alpha... but Cardiac boosts Resist not Def... Another benefit to Cardiac is the range and recharge boosts which I would forgo if I choose to focus on the Def boost for the Force Fields... Also, which Alpha slot I choose will affect my Patron Pool power choices. If I go with Agility I will probably take Scorpion Shield which will cap my DEF but leave me with little to no resistance vs damage. If I go with Cardiac I might take a resistance armor pool power and split my self preservation capabilities between def and resist (while capping neither, without IOs, at this point). I was also considering taking Power Sink/Charged Armor (from Mu Mastery) but seem to seldom get in range to use Power Sink (or other such End draining abilities) do to being ranged and bubbles' repulsion powers. (I have used "The Force Fielder's Bible" as my guide for playing that aspect of this toon). I am also considering using Destiny: Ageless to deal with the End issues at 50+ and go with Agility for the Alpha... Decisions, decisions... I would appreciate any feedback regarding how to proceed with this build at high levels! Thanks in advance!!
  2. I am in exactly the same boat! My Poison/Water Defender just hit 50 and I BAFed enough tonight to open my Alpha Slot... So what are the best Incarnate abilities for a debuffing Defender? I am using Hasten and find I can stack several debuffs on an AV with the recharge boost. Is that a sound strategy? What have others tried? Any advice will be much appreciated!
  3. My "Sapper" is a Kinetics/Electric Defender. With Transference and Short Circuit he can keep most enemies drained of endurance. Add in Power Sink and you have a trifecta of energy draining heavy hitters. Plus the constant barrage of Electric Powers (Ball Lightning, etc) add additional drains. It is very effective.
  4. Thank you very much for all your hard work. This was very informative and helpful and much appreciated!
  5. I would just like to add my sincere appreciation to the chorus. To all those associated with bringing back our favorite game, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for showing us the way home.
