  1. plant/dark is just so much fun to use. You get so much control, decent damage tons of de-buffs and dark secondary is amazing on a controller. Leveling isnt feeling like a strain and task forces were a bunch of fun, people were relying on me to go in with the tank to pretty much render mobs useless under our awesome controller powers You get a mass heal, mass rez, debuff - res/slow area power, a locked aoe -dmg/-to hit, a team defense buff, a team regen/recovery buff, a mass confuse, aoe immobilize, a decent dmg pet with powerboost in ancillary, fade can give you +28% def which is just silly. Its a very team oriented build but I like playing on teams.
  2. Make sure when you click the blinky you read the clue. You need to visit mender "name" in ouroborous BEFORE you enter the next mission as he needs t speak with you.
  3. I got this badge the other night. After accepting the arc from Vincent Ross, go talk to one of the contacts and they will ask you to work with them (I used lorenzo). Upon entering the first mission the radio near the door will give you further instructions. I just made a habit of visiting the contact directly after every mission (some they wouldn't talk to me). But i think 2 or 3 times they gave me dialogue when speaking with them. Every time you enter the mission just click on the radio and it will give you a side quest (usually when the contact gave you dialogue). You will know if you completed it if on the last mission, the contact you spoke to spawns to help you out. I did this arc three times before I finally got this combination above to work for me, was a pain.
  4. Alright ill play Mr. Fantasticles - My main Hydregen - Water / regen sentinel (was debating naming her gatorade sucks) Dillusional - ill / cold controller Skin Crawler - Arachnos Spider Scatter Brains - Bots / time Mastermind (brain in tank head costume piece)
  5. My thought is that until homecoming figures out the current situation with NCSoft, they probably dont want to bring more people onboard for development.
  6. There is, its under art. I am a visual effects artist and i volunteered, havent heard back yet
  7. I guess the closest option would be tactics and assault in the leadership pool.
  8. I am on both sides of this. On my brute, I really love hitting rage, Fiery Embrance and knockout punch when coming up against bosses & elites as it really gives a massive damage hit. I do find a lot of the time during normal play though, i constantly forgetting to hit fiery embrace. It would be great if the buff lasted another 5-10 seconds but I'm not complaining as its a much better power pick than many others available.
  9. I'm not sure if this is already discussed somewhere but I was just curious if you were able to save the UI setup from one character to a file to use for other characters on your account. This would be great so i don't need to set it up every time i play a new character. I have seen tricks to save your UI and reset it on the same character but wasn't sure if you could use that on a different toon.
  10. Very minor bug. Noticed that that Prisoner Gladiator Badge "Mob Specialist" counter is set for 200 bosses, but the badge awards after 100 are defeated. Also the defeat badge "Warden" asks for 500 prisoners in the text but awards after 250 are defeated. Cheers, Frosty
  11. thats good to know! I never noticed that but i do see they can get moonbeam etc...
  12. epic power pools or ancilary power pools do not contain snipes. Snipes are only within the primary or secondary powersets for blasters, corrupters, defenders and dominators (i think thats all of them)?
  13. anybody know what the task set badges under accomplishment are? I cant find them on paragon wiki and not sure what the requirement is for them. My only though is that they are Ouros arcs? Chameleon - Complete Task Set "The Chameleon Suit" Do No Harm - Complete Task Set "Hippocratic Oath" True Nemesis - Complete Task Set "Nemesis Rex"
  14. Thanks for taking the time to look st the build Hyper. Im digging what your putting down. I was thinking the same thing as I have a brute fully io'd and never really felt the need for going out of my way on psi/toxic. Thanks for catching the laser beam eyes... i didnt even realize it (like i said... staring me right in the face) I made a few adjustments with what you sent me. Its not drastically different but i adjusted it so that all defenses are sitting around 47-49% base and i managed to get my resistances up about 8-10% and bring psi up from 12% to 40%. I sacrificed about 3% s/l because with defensive sweep giving me 15+ % on s/melee I'm not worried about it. I'm also digging that I don't need to run tough with this so one less toggle which means more titan weapon swinging mayhem. Might even free up to go musculature alpha vs Agility. be curious to hear your thoughts on the changes. 15. I was thinking something like a cybernetic enhancement would be cool. Kind of like shocker from the spiderman homecoming movie you could have a mix of blades / electric / (seeker missals as a ranged option)
  16. There's a community of us that get together with @Positivegamer on youtube. The people are just amazing and we all support each other. We range from new players, old-timers, teenagers to retirees. There's no judgement on the channel just fun and support. I highly recommend coming to one of his streams or jumping into the discord group. We do constant events, raids, badge hunts etc.. and play on Excelsior. I have never had as much playing this game than with group of people.
  17. Mids Reborn and Pines are build creators that allow you to plan out your character out of game. You can choose your powers, adjust slots, enhancements, sets and bonuses to see how your stats will end up in game. You can essentially build a character and see what the numbers will look like prior to even making it.
  18. Cheers Hyperstrike, I thought the screenshot would be a better resolution, posted before i headed back into work on my lunchbreak. Ill edit the above post with a proper build when I get home this evening.
  19. If you go to grandville as a rogue and run newspaper missions until you rob the bank, you can be introduced to agent pither as a contact. You can then do all his missions to get the efficiency expert badge (did this the other night). None of his mission through ouros are the timed missions. On another note, can you do Praetorian morality badges if you never were praetorian?
  20. Hey tanker peeps. I'm designing a tanker which Im trying make a tough as possible but still dish out a big meal of pain onto enemies. I really wanted to pair it with titan weapons since I really dig the set. I have messed around in pines for a while and have come up with this. Without Incarnates: 44.8% def to s/l/f/c 40.7% def to e/n I'll be chaining defensive sweep which I can easily stack twice for a whopping extra 30% def to smashing/melee. lets assume a stack of 1 which puts melee up to 48.4%... now that i think about it, i may not need the defense io in there and might just slot a achilles heel -res for additional dmg. All the above is not including incarnates. If I take Agility, im pretty much softcapped to the above (just shy on e/n). This is with an invincibility of 1 enemy. Assuming with an average of 4 which id say is fair, Im sitting at 50% to sl/f/c and softcapped to e/n (pre incarnates) Im also assuming that with my chain ill have might of the tanker proc up at least once (might stack 2 consistently) so resists stand at 90% s/l 75% e/n/f/c 65% tox/psi Im using arcane bolt as a set mule and dont actually plan on using it for the energy/neg defense. I don't build tankers much, this is my first since live so Im looking for anything obvious that i may be missing or that's starting me right in the face to make this build better or something i may have missed. Do you think this will be a beast, horrible, the endurance woes will make me weep a sad existence? Do you thinking that willpower would be a better route since the sustain is higher? Im curious to hear your thoughts and comments. Constructive Criticism is always appreciated! http://www.cohplanner.com/mids/download.php?uc=1488&c=714&a=1428&f=HEX&dc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
  21. haha thats what i get for typing in a dark room. 🤣
  22. First off, congrats on 50! I believe that since you didn't have your aloha slot unlocked the first time you did the task force, it doesn't count towards receiving a Notice of the Well incarnate component, it would be like running any other tf If you do the Weekly strike target again with your alpha unlocked you should get one. Only after acquiring a Notice of the Well incarnate component will the game know you have received one for that week.
  23. the $$ syntax is the command for "do this next". The whole command should only be in two quotation marks if im not mistaken. so the command could look something like /bind q "follow$$target_enemy_near" The problem here is that you are asking the command to follow before it targets anything so as said above the reverse would work since you target first then follow. /bind q "target_enemy_near$$follow" hope this works!
  24. Please correct me if I'm wrong but i believe the way the auction house works is that it will put all ato enhancements into a pool together much the way that it does with invention salvage. You can post a kinetic weapon for 1 inf, sell it for lets say 17 inf and see if you bring up another common salvage item that it too sold for 17. My thinking is that the pool of ato enhancements includes ones that don't bring a lot of interest and sell for a lot cheaper. What you may be seeing not a Blasters Wrath Enhancement selling put possibly the value of another ato that sold from the mass pool. Again this is just based on my experience with seeing the same effect in the salvage pools so i could be mistaken
