Going for a dark archer martial arts that has some dark magic skills here. Mostly want a fun somewhat survivable toon that can AOE from range and get in close once in awhile to mix it up.
Here is the somewhat low budget build I came up with. Any suggestions or feedback? Trying to keep it mostly free of the 25 mil per IO's.
