Back during COH Live,. Ascendant's player had a redside villain Mastermind called Doctor Crom. And, as a Christmas gesture to all the COH community, Ascendant's player left us this seasonal gift. Makes perfect sense to plan ahead, rather than getting caught short after unexpected costs. I hope folks are able to respond and donate a bit extra this month. I know I will.

I'm having a devil of a time figuring out how to position teleport beacons so as to jump from room 1 to room 2, and then back again. Can someone explain in more detail which beacons to use (Beacon Aleph in room 1 to another Beacon Aleph in room 2? --or-- Beacon Aleph in Room 1 and Beacon Beth in Room 2? (and if so, then reverse it to go back, so that each beacon point has 2 beacons -- Alpha AND Beta? Help...

How does one make it possible for an alt to either periodiclly make announcments about an upcoming group event on the Broadcast channels, and/or post "Read This Please" above the character indefinitlely, while the event announcment is included in the alt's bio? I've seen it done, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how. Any help would be appreciated. Also - does the game have to be left open all day/night to keep the alt standing there? And if so, how does one keep the alt from Disconnecting?

I'm decorating my base Christmas tree, and wondered if others would like to share pics / tips on their holiday decorations? Here's my tree, decorated with inactive power crystals tinted red, green, blue & gold, and the small hanging lights (red, green, blue). The tree-topper is a Chantry Light.

I am so very sorry to hear of Aaru's passing. I had not RP'ed with him, but had a chance to talk with him a few times about the extraordinary work he'd done on his "Old City" base. We are lessened by his passing, yet enriched by all he did with and for the COH community. Rest well, Hero, and know you'll be remembered. --Nyghtshade
