Legend is right! Glad to see a return, I guess I know where I'm going when I next log in.

I had one or two of these. Would like to see them back.

Like the idea of this, and there are a lot of different ways it could work in a character point of view, but it'd definitely need the pet to have a customisable costume.

I feel the magic. I hear the roar. Raar. I don't know that I can add much more than others have said but yeah, I'm loving the homecoming on Homecoming. I've played other MMOs before, and since, CoH but none have had the freedom, or given me thee enjoyment of this. Few games in general fill me with such fond memories and playing these past few weeks it still holds up. There have been a lot of times since the official closure where I dreamed of logging on and playing again. Treading old familiar ground again or going off the beaten path and exploring something new to me in the most welcoming, and enjoyable game I can think of. I've created a few alts (and honestly the character creation is one of the best bits of this game, which is not saying it lightly) and got my old main back on the road (think I'm about 20 now) and it's just a great time I'm having. Thanks to everyone involved in bringing back a game I love.

Last night I made a water blast/ice blaster, cow outfit on all slots, with the powers coloured white. Milk Made. They're pretty fun so far.

I've yet to go into customising my UI yet, but definitely taking advantage of the free costumes pre lvl 10. I've got 5 characters so far just sitting in the Atlas Icon just waiting for me to finish off all their alternate outfits before I start playing them properly.

I'll second ITF. I used to find it a bit of a slog from 20-35 but once I could do ITF that was my go to. Fun, quick and easy usually. That and Mothership raids were a lot of my time prior to shutdown. I'm a hair away from 20 now on my main and can't wait to get back to having at least one character who can jump on when stuff like that is forming.

Are the badges the same for heroes and villains? If so some of those suggested missions sound easier than others, I might have to take a trip to Null The Gull at some point to run through them a bit easier.

Hey, my main was/is a Trick Arrow/Archery Defender! :p I took it because I had a concept in mind, and it was a very different visual to just shooting some form of energy blast. I'd originally intended it to be an alt but think he was my first 50, because I enjoyed the variety of powers and oil + fire was just loads of fun. I have sometimes felt either under appreciated or underperformimg but I did the first Positron TF the other night and my team were getting owned by my doppelganger til we took him out, so that made me feel a little better.

Finally looked through some of my old screenshots the other day and saw some of these. Poor Babylon AD. It wasn't that bad.

I was glad for it last night after casually stepping off the top of the globe without remembering I used to be much higher level before I could reach it.

Have made my two hero mains, Monarcher and Prom Queen but don't think I'll redo my old Thugs/FF MM. Maybe give him a new AT... There are a lot of alts I didn't play much back on live that I might recreate and gvce another go, but I've already made a new one, and got a few new concepts to try out too.

Just made a plant/earth dominator called Lawn Order.

I doubt I'll make him, so throwing this one out for anyone to steal: Ed Shivan.

I've been wanting to play a modern bard type character since the game was originally live. The concept I've got is a hip hop artist whose rhymes are his super power. Been looking at the available power sets and think I went Sonic squared Defender when I built and never used him last time, but a mix of Time/Sonic could work, as could Mind. I've always been concept first in my character creation but it'll just sit on the login screen if it's no fun to play. With any of those combos how am I going to be damaging guys? I don't dislike grouping, but do often find myself soloing due to not always having time to commit to a group.
