Fiery embrace is mostly not detailed, only recharge time, end cost etc, at least for brutes

Any idea by how much or for how long?

Hi all, I created a farmer brute over the weekend and I'm trying to perfect his build but I'm a little unsure about the value of Fiery embrace for a staff/fire build. Since it doesn't give a straight up damage buff, I'm not seeing the impact of it and actually find most things die pretty quick already and the recharge seems a little too long for my taste so considering dropping it from my build. Any thought/advice on its synergy would be greatly appreciated!
