I just hit 50 on my Elec/Elec Defender last night so I don't have anything close to your experience. I do have some basic questions: Why Hasten? I feel like all my team buff powers regenerate so fast they're basically always up. I imagine it will only improve as I hit the 148% Global Recharge your build has. Do you feel that with all the leadership pool toggles that your endurance regeneration is sufficient? What about when you exemplar down and lose the Incarnate Alpha Agility?
