  1. Hello I am a player returning from live and just started playing a MA/WP Scrapper for fun. I am currently level 35 and struggling a little on the character planning at this point. I keep questioning my existing decisions and therefore am finding it hard to plan what I should invest in next. (or what I should fix about mistakes I've already done) I am just playing solo for now in case that matters. I barely even remember details from live much less homecoming, so I'm not sure the proper way to slot things (like 6 slotting no longer being a thing, etc) or what powers I should be prioritizin
  2. Hey there, So I am really digging the change over from Force of Thunder to Dynamo for the Sustain power. I have an Elec blaster that I've been getting back into pretty heavily the past few days. I'm very happy with my choices, the only thing is that Voltaic Sentinel... (deep sigh) I tried to like it, I really did. I will say that /powexec_location makes it a lot less of a PITA to use than it was back in the day on Live, but the fact remains, having to cast that power all over again every minute is a deal breaker.   3. I am reviving all of my old heroes from Live and up next is my main tank. I kept none of my notes and builds from Live so please help critique this build as I start my planning. Dull Pain is perma. Haste is just two seconds shy. Attack Chain would go KB>Jab>Haymaker>Jab>Foot stomp>Haymaker Recharge was obviously a priority, but after that I kind of lost focus. I just grabbed a little defense, a little res, and a little regen. I took Unrelenting as a chaser for Rage to minimize the DPS crash. Let me know if this is a dumb idea. After the core b
  4. Hey there, Just like the subject line says. Goal was to basically make a Perma-Light tri-form, and keep it from becoming a billion-dollar endeavor. I'm sure I could've gotten Def higher if I'd been willing to make other concessions, but I'm not sure I want to make any more cuts (designing Khelds always drove me up a wall sideways, even moreso than other characters).   5. Hi there, So in addition to the Beam/Invuln I posted a few hours ago, I blew a thick layer of dust off my Rad^2 this week as well. She's 42 and so far, feels a little squishy. She has next to none of the Sets listed here, so I'm sure she'll toughen up as I go, but again, I wanted some feedback on where I'm looking to take her.   6. Hi everyone, Like it says in the subject line. I've gotten this guy up to 32, and I figured I'd subject his build to a little "open review," let folks see if they think I missed anything. In big groups, my tactics are 1) Disintegrate, on the toughest target available. 2) Lancing shot to spread Disintegrate. 3) Refractor Beam. 3a) Cutting Beam, if and only if I'm positioned such that I can nab multiple guys with the cone; if I'm in the middle of a furball, forget it. 4) Piercing Beam. 4a) Mop up.   7. Hi there, So I finally started playing my Fire Dominator again. Got him up to 26 and wow, beaucoup fun. (We never had Sudden Acceleration in the old days, and wow is that hilarity on this power!) I figured I'd post his build, see if I could get any feedback. The one thing I really question is the snipe. I added it mainly because of the new fast-snipe rules, but when I'm fully up to speed, will I really need it? If not, I could ditch it, maybe replace with Hot Feet (IDK, never used that in the old days), and spread the slots between that and Bonfire. Any
  8. Good morning everyone. I'm transitioning my BS/WP Scrapper into its final phase, and looking for any and all pointers to getting the most out of the build. Looking to be viable in both solo and team play.     Rad/TW Tank

    I am looking for assistance in making the ultimate tank build. After conversations with many players the best over all sets seem to be Rad/TW for a Tanker. Could you help create a build that has capped defenses and resistance for this combination?
  10. Hey there, So I took the time to remake my MC/Psi Dominator out on the Beta server, tricked her out like she is below, and took her for a spin. The results are very promising. I did have soem gaps in Domination, but I think that was just a general issue of "losing time in between mobs" paired with "a little rust at playing perma-Dom". If anyone sees something that is way out of line with this, or even something that could use a small tweak, I'd love some feedback. Later, Generator PS - In Mids, how does one boost enhancements?   11. Hey, So in the course of going through the directory in which I keep my Mids builds, I found what must have been a spec build for my Fortunata (file says it's from early '12). I know there are places she could use a touchup, but just looking this over, I think I've at least got the starting point of something worth doing, right? If anyone feels like helping me give her a fresh coat of paint, I'm all ears.
