Short Version: Wet Ice should take Defense and/or Resistance enhancements and sets, Kuji-In Rin should take Resistance enhancements. Long Version: Of all the defensive sets out there, ones with dedicated toggles for mez protections, Ice is the only one that doesn't accept any enhancements for its secondary effects, and Wet Ice and Kuji-In Rin are the only ones that have a secondary effect that -can- be buffed that you can't slot for. Hey guys! I guess this is only my 3rd post on these forums. I'm more of a reader and lurker. I wanted to suggest some changes to Ice Armor and get peoples feedback. It was my favorite armor back on live and still is here on homecoming, something about it just looks so cool to me. So much so that I recreated my main character from live with the same costume and everything. Got my third tanker to 50 yesterday - the shield/fire. Trying to figure out how to slot her. What are some good sets for positional - as opposed to typed - defense? Right now I am at 48% melee defense, but 40% ranged and about the same for AoE defense. Good enough for all practical purposes, I know, but I would still like to raise those latter figures. I am not at all allergic to slotting up sets that only go up to 30 or 35, also. Anything I should be looking at? Also considering slotting a Taunt set in Combustion.
