  1. (Is anyone here getting semantic satiation out of the word 'Knockback'? Just me?) The Problem So there have been a lot of Knockback threads, and my personal pet peeve is that KB to KD IOs tend to be a bit of an IO tax on high, random knockback powers that people want to use constructively. I've been mulling it over for awhile now and the thought came back to me with the release of Sonic Manipulation, why do we have Resistance Debuffs as one of the only player debuffing aspect that we don't have any debuffing enhancements or IO sets for? Good morning, So I was pondering some builds today and figured we have these powers for Gravity Control, Warshades, anyone taking the Teleportation pool have powers that require an accuracy check, why not make an IO set that incorporates Teleport/Accuracy together?   4. Something odd about the new Bombardment set. At level 50 each recipe, or at least each of the ones I crafted, requires: Kinetic Weapon Temporal Analyzer Unquenchable Flame Synthetic Intelligence Unit Did a double take when I looked at what the recipes needed for crafting, because this behavior is unusual to say the least, and I was afraid that I had mistakenly boughten several identical recipes.

This set would definitely be a good fit for Blasters, but would also be useful for Trollers to get easy containment. Now that Synapse's Shock and Power Transfer is nearly here, ushering a new era where secondary IO sets (in this case, Endurance Modification) have an emphasis in damage, I propose we do something similar with Slow Movement; providing more damage than the Slow Movement sets we currently have and to finally introduce a Cold Damage Proc.   7. Just curious if anyone knows how much of a chance reduction you get on the Gaussian BU proc if you slot 1, 2 and 3 SOs worth of Recharge Redux. Without any recharge slotting, the BU proc is nearly 100%.
